Connaissant bien le Canada et la région de l'Alberta,je trouve personnellement inadmissible les prix pratiqués pars les hôtels sur fort Mc Murray surtout que c'est une ville l'on ne cherche que du pétrole bitumineux,mais c'est ce qui fait monter les tarifs me direz vous...|En revanche éloignez vous un peu quitte à faire 1h30 de route et logez sur Edmonton(ville plus grande avec un peu plus d'activité).|

Mark and the cook (Sorry I don't know his name) at Urban Kitchen were excellent accommodating our hockey club and parents for another great catered supper and breakfast this trip. Great meals and service by the 2 gentleman. Check in was also easy and the conference room was also a nice to have for a late team meal and socializing. Clean spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Highly recommend this hotel and restaurant for teams or personal stay. Definitely be back when we come to Fort Mac.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I arrived after losing a family member and, unfortunately, had lost my MasterCard as well. I was forced to pay with my debit card, which required me to check in at the desk. The person at the front desk was incredibly rude and showed no empathy. When I asked about the difference in price between the online rate and what he was charging me, he told me that the online rate couldn’t be matched and that I "shouldn't have lost my MasterCard."

Additionally, the pool wasn’t open, which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel—my kids needed a break from the grief we've been going through. To make matters worse, at checkout, I was told that we weren’t allowed breakfast, even though I had been overcharged. As a single mom trying to make ends meet, I had to take my kids elsewhere to eat, which was an unexpected expense.

Overall, this experience added unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families.

The only reason we booked this hotel was for the pool which was not open and has been closed for months according to the staff. You can find less expensive hotels that also offer free breakfast.

Front desk and staff CAN NOT be trusted!!!!||Hotel overcharged me for my room over $130 and refused to refund me. I booked a standard room and they charged me for an 3 bed suite. ||After several attempts to get my money back I quit. They can be thieves and be VERY proud of themselves. Myself or my kids sports teams will never step foot in that place again. ||||Also hotel pool was being renovated during my stay and I was not made aware of this when booking. Very disappointed in everything.

AC in the room barely worked. Had to sleep in a chair next to it to fall asleep. Killed 4 black bugs on my ceiling. Ice machine on the 3rd floor didn't work. Still paid full price. Will not be returning. Will not be recommending
