The lady at the front desk both day and night were super nice. Gave perks for being a top tier member. The breakfast was for sure one of the best spreads I’ve seen in a long time. Super fresh food. Super clean.

The rooms were quiet and updated. Bedding was also above average which I highly value.

Highly recommended for Business or Pleasure stay!

Incredible staff at this hotel, I wanted to give a special thank you and shoutout to Johnathon who helped me and my sister out at a late hour to get a room in Edson on a busy weekend. Smoothest check-in experience I have ever experienced. By contrast we first tried going to Holiday Inn next door and was met with staff who had no idea what their rewards were, and could barely help out. The staff at this hotel are phenomenal, and free breakfast was delicious and warm. Comfortable bed, hot showers and clean for an excellent price. Thank you - will come back here only on all future trips. I highly recommend folks do the same!

My wife and I stayed there with our dog. It was very comfortable and reasonably priced. They even provided a very decent breakfast Scrambled eggs, sausages, potato, yogurt, cereal and many other items. I found the hotel very up to date and new looking unlike the comment another guest wrote in June, I did not see any sinking beds or bed bugs. I was surprised to read that review.

They have bed bugs!!!!!!

Very slow internet cuts out every few minutes. This is the second time staying here. Not sure if they are throttling bandwidth but wow. Everything else seems fine but the internet is very unreliable. Also I would not let them clean your room with your things in it. A cleaner took my back scratcher which isn't a big deal but it is still theft. Also they have bed bugs. Had to get treatment when I returned.

Ramada just makes excuses I suggest holiday inn. Great rooms there and also a real breakfast. When I stayed there they still had bagged breakfast there (which is crap that is rotten) All other hotels were serving a breakfast. Staff is rude and the rooms sos look so dated. When answering they don't mention that bed bugs are a concern. I even had a friend that checked one room with a black light and bed bugs!

Come here for work all the time and would stay here for a personal trip no problem! Very friendly and courteous staff. Rooms are always clean when I stay here and you can't beat the location. Everything is a stone's throw from the hotel.
