We had a wonderful stay at this place, we have been here before and always had a good stay. Satbir is a very sweet chap and very helpful in anticipating guest’s needs. The breakfast could have a bit more variety but apart from that the fresh pancakes and coffee was always good. 10/10 would recommend

I had a good time during my stay at the hotel in Kingston, one of the staff Satbir was not only professional but also exceptional in helping me with all my needs I also had a good discount for my long stay. I think they can improve by adding more varieties into their meals served for breakfast

We have used this hotel often for clients needing to attend business meetings downtown. It is a convenient and affordable option to the hotels in downtown Kingston. The rooms and the outdoor space are very pleasant. The included breakfast is very nice. Parking is included and the bus stop is right out front so easy to get downtown. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely use this hotel again.

They are currently renovating the building. My room was newly decorated and in mint condition. The room price was good and the breakfast offered was minimal, but covered all that was required. I would stay here again.

I am not a picky person at all and normally don’t write reviews, but paying over $200 here I feel like a review is needed. |The room looks nice and decor is up to date. We had a 2 queen room. When we got it the room the smell of Febreeze was so overwhelming we all started getting a headache , only to realize the bed spread on both beds where actually WET all the way thru with it!!! Really? I took off the bed spreads and put them in the closet. We had 1 and a bit rolls of toilet paper and had to ask for more. The shower….when you turn on the water it seems like “oh this is great pressure!” But when you pull the knob for the shower stream….well my hose at home has more pressure!!! There is no way I could wash my hair with that! Breakfast is the normal free breakfast but the room can’t accommodate the levels of guests….we had to take our food back to our room eat and go back! No gym, no pool for the price….not worth it. Beds are comfortable I will say that….just take off the soaked Febreeze bed spread first

They have bed bugs. Myself and other family members got infected. Hotel need to check on the bedding’s and furnishings. Breakfast area is too small. We were in second floor room 215. The coffee maker did not work. There were no fridge in all the rooms.
