Exceptional Stay at Ramada Medicine Hat! I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ramada in Medicine Hat, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! The hotel's amenities and cleanliness were top-notch, but what truly made my stay exceptional was the incredible customer service provided by Mr. Rana.

From check-in to check-out, Mr. Rana went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His warm hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail made me feel valued and appreciated.

The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The room was modern, spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities.

I highly recommend the Ramada in Medicine Hat to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. And be sure to ask for Mr. Rana - he'll take care of you like family!

Front desk staff were incredibly kind! Rooms were well maintained and clean, the breakfast buffet was great with scrambled eggs, sausages and hashbrowns along with juice bagels and cereal! The pool and hot tub were very clean, quiet and comfortable. 10/10 will be back next time!

We stopped in Medicine Hat on our cross-country move and were fortunate to stay at Ramada by Wyndham. The staff were very friendly, from our late night check in with Rana (manager) to our check-out the following morning, we were greeted with kind staff members. Special thanks to this hotel for accommodating our dogs who were over their typical weight allowance ($15 plus tax per dog, per night). The room was spacious and updated and the bathroom was a bit outdated but ultimately, it did the trick. There was also lots of free parking for our truck and 12 ft trailer. We likely won’t find ourselves back in Medicine Hat, but if we did, we’d stay here again.

Staff made us feel right at home with their welcoming attitude. The internet was fast and reliable. The room was cozy and well cared for, with daily housekeeping making sure everything stayed spotless. The pricing is very reasonable for the quality.

Rooms were clean, however for November we had a lot of ants. And the metal bed frame was sticking out on one of the 2 beds and I ended up cutting my ankle open.
Breakfast had a good selection. Dry and hot.
We request a couple more towels as the room only had 2 and there was 3 of us, and no towels for the pool. But after 4 hours I ended up going to the desk to get them.
I may be overly critical as I also work in the hospitality industry.
