La chambre n’avait pas été nettoyée à notre arrivée avec des morceaux de bacon, des pois d’animaux (sûrement de chien) par terre. Nous avons même retrouvé un cure-dent usagé près de la table de nuit ! Nous avons demandé le lendemain à ce que le ménage soit fait et finalement rien n’avait changé le soir. Pour 250CAD la nuit c’est inacceptable !

We stayed during the Thanksgiving weekend at the Pincher Creek location. Our check-in lady was very polite and explained everything to us in detail. The pool experience was great, a bit small and shallow but the kids loved the slide. Room was clean and mattresses had just been replaced so they were very comfortable. The hot and cold items at the breakfast service were great, but wished for more variety. Highly recommend this place as we had a great experience, would definitely go again if we visit the area in the future.

Stayed in this hotel for one night for my kids hockey tournament and left with chlorine burn. My children and I went swimming when we checked in, for about an hour and a half, when I got out my legs were burning and my black bathingsuit bottoms were bleached a horrible brown colour, along with 2 others who experienced ruined bathingsuits as well. Not only were mine and ugly brown, they were also see-through by the time i got out. We alerted staff, the one front desk guy who spent the majority of his shift lifting weights in the hotel gym came out to test the water as we were leaving to get ready for dinner. When we came back to the hotel after dinner and buying new bathingsuits we had assumed they fixed the problem as the pool had not been shut down. While the kids were in the pool and using the slide my son swallowed some water coming down the slide and started coughing uncontrollably and eventually vomited 3 times, another friends bathingsuit changed colour and one of my kids bathingsuits started pilling. When I had brought this to the attention of the front desk they told me they would refund me $48.00 off my room. I'm now left with chemically burnt legs that hurt so bad I'm an adult crying from the pain as well as skin that STILL smells like chlorine 24 hours and 3 showers later.
To top it off one of the ladies in the lounge went to pick up the bin of dirty dishes in the lounge at breakfast and literally rolled her eyes in annoyance that people actually put dishes in there. I'm appaled at the lack of responsibility for the pool incident and that when i checked out in the morning there was no sign of the pool being closed to deal with the issue. Will be taking myself and my kids to the doctor

We booked an average room, and the staff were so wonderful! We’ve stayed at a few other Ramada by Wyndham locations in Canada, but the service at this one was incomparable! They knew we were celebrating an anniversary & specially decorated our room. Everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to help with whatever requests we had. Made for a great experience!

We had a well lit, good-sized room with four comfortable chairs, a mini-fridge (no freezer), microwave, and a second sink. The bathroom was not well lit but had plenty of counter space. The toilet was low. The shower head was powerful and the tub was rather slippery. The bed was comfortable. We had a pretty good breakfast with hot items, but the attendants had a hard time keeping up with the demand.

Bed is super comfy and place is clean but imagine my surprise when I got back to my room at the end of day and the bed wasn't made. There was a printed note on the bed in a plastic case "We'd like to change your sheets but you left some personal items on the bed which prevented us from doing so" or words to that effect. |What personal items you might ask? Something questionable perhaps? Something nasty?|No My jammies|And the carpet needed vacuuming and there were dirty dishes in the sink|Now, in fairness, the bathroom was clean|I called reception and was told that housekeeping couldn't pick up my jammies because they were my personal items, that they didn't vacuum unless I asked and it wasn't housekeeping that washed the glasses and cups.|I felt for a minute as if I had dropped into an alternate universe|There you go Happy travels

Great breakfast spread.
Kids friendly pool with slde and hot tub too.
Lots of restaurants nearby and Walmart across the street.
Clean, comfy and more towels than I've ever had. Thanks Pincher Creek Ramada

I recently stayed here for 1 night and found the overall experience to be good. The room was clean and comfortable, which I appreciated.

However, I did notice a few issues that I think could be improved. The body lotion provided in the room appeared to have been used, which was disappointing. Additionally, there was no hair conditioner left, which was an inconvenience. In the kitchen area, the checklist mentioned 4 dinner plates, but there were only 2, and there was only 1 coffee paper cup, despite everything else being provided in pairs.

These details may seem small, but addressing them could significantly enhance the guest experience. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again.
