Had to fly to Westlock from Ontario for a family tragedy. Had asked for recommendations for a hotel to stay in. The Ramada came highly recommended. Upon our arrival we were greeted warmly. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We did have an issue with the TV in the bedroom, which they were not able to fix. Maintenance and management upgraded our room for the remainder of our stay. If you are ever in need of hotel accommodations in the Westlock area, I highly recommend this hotel!

Rooms were great, clean and spacious. Pool area was clean and not crowded. Breakfast was also great. The thing that made the stay extra special was Diane. She would greet us every time we came through the door, was always so cheerful, and genuinely cared for our wellbeing! We will 100% be back due to the comforting environment Diane created at Westlock Ramada!

Above. And. Beyond!!

The staff here was absolutely TOP NOTCH!! They surprised my kids with treats after check-in. When my son broke a dish at 11pm they quickly brought up everything to clean it (and bandaids for him). And in the morning they went out of their way to provide gluten free options for my celiac children.

I cannot recommend this location highly enough! 5 stars!!!

The room was clean and massive. Diane at the front desk was the sweetest human ever! She was extremely helpful and even came to support local small businesses at the market we were working. Definitely coming back! Can’t rave enough about how amazing she was!

Breakfast left me going to Tim Hortons next door.
Pool and hot tub closed for a month or more was irritating when you wanted to warm up on a cold night. Overall the stay was good. Staff are really friendly and helpful and room was clean.

First time here, we also have stayed at the inn multiple times before this. We enjoyed our stay. Clean rooms, staff at the front were incredible, breakfast was really good and the pool was lots of fun! We stayed 3 nights and it was great. Comfy beds too!

Great option for this town. I've been here a few times and have experienced the pool/hot tub closed a couple of times, but that wasn't a deal breaker. Clean rooms, pleasant staff, the fitness room is basic but satisfactory(a bike, treadmill, stairclimber, and a few free weights), and fairly standard breakfast keep me choosing this property when I'm in town for work.
