I highly recommend Raxfin as they provided me with superb service! Even if I came from out of town, they took the time at the initial stages and every other step to explain to me every little detail that I needed to know to make the best purchase possible. As soon as I stepped into their dealership the team received me very well. They made the purchase easy and exciting! I must say that Tyler is the best at what he does. He must of went to "service quality" school. Whatever you do Tyler, just keep doing it. He listened to me and took into account of my scenario before providing a recommendation with zero pressure. His knowledge of the machines and their purpose is remarkable and he shares that information which is rare these days. It was my best purchase experience ever. They even offered to deliver but I'm glad that I went to site to witness their cool facility and staff. Five star service at Raxfin.. we were on our last ride of the season and sliders wouldn’t make it home, I called from Cochrane as dealer there was not able to help us.. Raxfin said if you can make it here we will get you in straight away, and that’s what they did! 1 hour later we were back on the trails. I highly recommend Raxfin

Great experience...was sick as a dog, the winch on my side-by-side died, way too sick to work on it with storms coming, the crew at Raxfin got a pick up arranged to Val-Rita lickity-split that afternoon, got the winch sorted out and re-spooled and back to me the next day before noon. Great folks to deal with, super-responsive, super-friendly and true to their word. Great customer service. Cheers!

While on a snowmobile trip my sled broke down 25km north of Kap. I called the dealership and within an hour they had sent a truck and trailer to come and pick me up. And within a few hours had my snowmobile back up and running (all warranty work). Best service I have ever experienced. Substantially better then my local dealer. I would really consider buy my next sled from them even though are 8 hour drive from my home.

Had a trail side breakdown with a big group up North and Raxfin and their parts and service teams seemingly dropped everything to fix me up. True commitment to the best service. Brought my machine in and got lunch and by the time I ate it was ready to go. Truly impressed and saved my ride vacation!

Our sledding holiday was temporarily interrupted by a bendix issue making starting the sled unreliable. Raxfin got us in there shop and made the repair without hesitation. They also installed new carbides that they recommended which stopped all darting. Great people working at Raxfin very friendly and willing to help. Five star!
