Used Flix Bus to Calgary and back. Very affordable and comfortable. Coaches are equipped with wifi, plug ins for charging your devices and a washroom.
Very pleased with the service. Can't drive it that cheap!

I enjoyed my trip to Calgary on Red Arrow 🚌 It was snowing the day I went so I was 😊 to have a competent driver. I also enjoyed the complimentary snacks & beverages. All employees were friendly & courteous.

Dear Red Arrow

I am writing to file a complaint regarding an incident of discrimination that occurred on one of your buses today.

A hijabi woman was trying to pay the fare when the bus driver, who appeared to be discriminatory, repeatedly told her to get off the bus immediately. The driver did not give her time to find the cash in her bag. She did not speak English and was unfamiliar with using a bank card. She eventually found only one dollar. I intervened and paid the fare for her.

The incident occurred on August 5th at 1:18 PM at the downtown bus station on bus number 1 heading to Shearing Station North Side.

I hope you will address this issue promptly.

Great driver today on Calgary YYC to downtown Lethbridge. Professional, friendly....great service on a very comfortable bus.

I was looking forward to taking a comfortable ride to Calgary but the Red Arrow bus was an older model and was having trouble with the heat. It was -20 outside and the bus was freezing. Had to keep my winter jacket, scarf and gloves on the whole ride. By the end of the ride my toes and nose were frozen. Also the screen that was supposed to be in front of my seat was taken out making it really hard to watch the movie on another screen to the point where I gave up 10 mins in.

I am only choosing to give five star because of the lady with red hair if it wasn’t for her then I would have been stranded over 10 $ . So the bus driver with white hair was awfully mean to me . I moved from Ontario to Alberta to start a new life , I had 5 bags with me . So prior to getting on the red arrow bus to Calgary, my money have been stolen when I was in Taber Alberta so I wouldn’t have had the extra 10$ to pay for my bag. If it wasn’t for the lady with red hair I would have been stranded. So thank you to Red Arrow and to the lady with the red hair. But I am so disappointed with the bus driver she had no heart or respect for other people well being I would have been stuck in the cold and probably ended up going to a shelter over 10$. I am so disappointed and sad at how people think they can abuse other people when they are in need. So yea big thank you to the lady with red hair. And the lady with white hair get a big fat 1 star from me. Disgusting! Someone say something please.
