Cozy and professional. I have travelled with red arrow more then 5 times now and each time it is an enjoyable trip. Kind staff. Complementary snacks and drinks (when available I assume) and a nice clean bus with comfortable seats.

Not worth it, when the person front of you reclines all the way(nearly crushing your computer) you have no more room than greyhound. The person got hot and threatened me ( balled fist and fighting words) the staff did nothing. Go with greyhound it's not worth the premium price

Been coming onto the Red Arrow bus since 2017 for when ever I am planning to travel down to Calgary for my weekend get away. I must say the station here is nice and clean, the staff was super nice, and the vending machines were spot on full in case to those need a snack or a nice drink from time to time. So I am looking forward each time I go on a road trip, I will use Red Arrow to get to my destinations on there neat busses. The driver was good and funny to boot from time to time. The seats are comfy and cozy and and plenty of room for me to relax me feet when walking a lot. So bottom line, great service and I say keep up the good work and looking forward to book a road trip in the near future ^^

So yesterday was trying to get home from Calgary on the highway the bus was fine till then around 2 something in the afternoon the bus pulled over on the highway and we were stuck on the highway because the bus driver said the transmission wasn't working and wasn't moving at all then we all sat on the bus till like 5 something till the next bus came and we didn't arrive in red deer till like almost 6 or close to 6:30 something like that but I took the taxi home when we arrived but I hope it doesn't do that I again but I was getting frustrated and annoyed cause the bus broke down but I understand the transmission wasn't working cause of the computer stuff and there was people getting frustrated with it 2 but I was worrying about my self so but anways I sure hope it doesn't happen again I don't like to be late getting home late but that's what happened today you guys are always great though I was scared about it today cause it was my first time getting stuck on the bus anyways have a good night guys thx sierra

A nice ticket office with seating for waiting passengers with vending machines, washrooms. Located inside a hotel. Also a rest stop for passengers between Calgary and Edmonton (10 minutes) Also serves EBus.
