Nice stay. Let us check in a bit early so we could drop our bags and get lunch. Affordable and clean! Perfect place to crash for a night.

Had a room where the bathroom door wouldn't open fully or close completely.

The coat closet was as far away from the entrance door as possible.

None of the light shades had nuts on the mounting bolts, so you had to be careful trying to turn them on/off at night, or they'd fall off.

The coffee machine cord didn't reach an outlet!?

There were no accessible outlets near the bed to plug your phone (or an alarm clock) into.

Tiniest window ever.

The room appeared clean, but when I spilt some drink mix powder on the floor and put the maid sign on the doorknob, everything was tidied, but the floor was not vacuumed.

People were nice and responsive when I noted the floor was still dirty, and they plugged in an extension cord for the coffee machine the next day while I was gone.

Bed was comfy, sheets looked clean, shower worked.

It seemed expensive for what I got, but I have experience way worse.

Our car club stays overnight when we attend autocross events in Fort Macleod. In the past 2 years, we've stayed here 5 times.

The motel has plenty of "small-town charm". I think people who give it bad reviews have too high expectations, but it's a perfectly fine place to rest your head for the night.

The guy who works at the check-in desk is really nice. We feel safe leaving our cars parked overnight as they have several cameras in the parking lot. Although the motel is showing its age, the rooms & bedding are really clean.

This hotel. Good location. Friendly young man at desk. That’s the only positives. It is so old and no upgrades. The bathroom is tiny and the towels absolutely stink like mould and itchy. Comforter is piley, itchy and old. No lightbulbs in the lamp or way to plug it in! We pulled out bed to look for plug-in and it was disgusting under it. The room Smelled like cigarettes and mold and just so icky. No pool. Wifi didn’t work. Tv had just a few channels. Just not worth $104/nt.

Front desk was super friendly, nice young man, even helped me carry my luggage up the stairs and to my room. He is awesome! The room is pretty decent, can’t complain, king bed is very comfy, A/C is nice too. Room had some stains on the wall and mugs were dirty before I even used them. But there is a sink so I could easily wash it. But definitely appreciate the service. One of the best.

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming at check in.

When we checked in, a couple of teenagers walked by, when we drove away I noticed they immediately walked back to my room and I saw them looking in the windows - thankfully I closed the blinds b4 i left. (This isn't the hotel's fault)
Room was quaint. Not very sound proof. Light was burnt out. Bathroom was kinda dirty and there were no towels. But that's ok- we made it work!

Great for a one night stay. Beds were comfortable enough. Cob webs in the washroom oh well, but was clean. Thank you for the hospitality.
