Stayed for 2 nights and it was very disappointing. 4 people stayed, they even took our names, but the room only had enough towel for 1 person. Some outlets weren't working also. The outlet in the picture cannot be used unless the light above it is turned on. So it was useless because we cannot keep that light turned on for the whole night. The pillows were rock hard also. There were a lot of homeless people in the area. I wouldn't stay here again. The service was okay, but everything else was not. There was also this smell upon entering the room, thank God I had febreeze with me. My friend also complained of the bed sheet and feeling itchy. She had a couple bite marks of God knows what....

I stayed for two nights, and it was quite disappointing. There were four of us, and although they took our names, the room was only provided with enough towels for one person. Some of the electrical outlets didn't work, and the one shown in the picture was unusable unless the overhead light was on, which was impractical since we couldn't keep it on all night. The pillows were also extremely firm. Additionally, there were many homeless individuals in the surrounding area, and I wouldn't choose to stay here again. While the service was acceptable, everything else fell short. There was an unpleasant odor when we entered the room, but thankfully I had Febreze with me. My friend also mentioned that the bed sheets made her feel itchy, and she ended up with several bite marks from who knows what.

Awesome place to stay for a night or for a few. Great staff and very friendly. Good rooms and prices. I would recommend to anyone.

Staying here currently, misguided by staff , was quoted a monthly rate, was quoted by “Corinna “ today it is not available due to corporate rules.
I as a consumer am not aware of there corporate rules, why should I be, as a customer.
Due to appliances not working properly, a rebate wasn’t even offered, should of looked at room when I inquired a month ago, my bad.
The only thing got going for this place is location !
One more thing, working nightshift, don’t appreciate getting woke up at 1:00 with a question “are you staying “ wow
As a BnB host , customer service is always my main priority, I feel more and more alone in this attitude, sad really.

10 out of 10 recommend this place comfy, clean beds. However the one blonde lady is hard to deal with and frankly very lazy when it comes to helping customers. Other than that this is a great place to stay.

The lady who checked us in was awesome, nice, informative, straight to the point.
The motel itself had a very outdated outward appearance and room decor on. Not even a picture on the wall! I remember this place from the '90s when I lived in RD. The bathroom fan didn't work. No soap, towels, face cloths. Maintenance really needs to step up their game. No coffee pot!! A cold Continental breakfast I noticed was used more by the renters than guests. The room did have an old microwave and fridge, which we plugged in and turned on. Towels may be the originals? Very thin and rough. **Ask for extra pillows and towels when you check in😆
The room is dark, only one little lamp. Not many TV channels and no 'location guide' to what channels worked. Very frustrating! 😠
Dirty floors, table tops etc. Perhaps it hasn't been used for a long time, but I doubt that. A lot of 'renters' we noticed. At least they keep the guests closest to the office, I noticed. Many different nationalities run the office, so maybe this is their first job. Which is great, but makes it hard to communicate.
We needed a landing spot for our youngest son's 💒 💞 and this was below $80/night. You get what you pay for I suppose. Everything was expected, but could be improved upon for 2023

A beautiful place, but the rooms are not what you think. They had an annoying smell. I hope that the rooms will be ventilated and the place sterilized with disinfectants.
