We were looking into relocating from Vancouver BC to Nova Scotia end of 2021. We were first-time home buyers.

We had found a rental for a few months in Lunenburg and the owner recommended Adam & Cindy.

We first talked to them on zoom and met at their cottage in Lunenburg 2 months later.

It felt like we had known them for years. Our kids actually loved our meetups so much they kept asking for them!

Cindy and Adam have hands-on experience in renovating homes, owning, selling and they have been living in the area forever. They know the cost and effort into upgrading houses etc. This was tremendously useful for us who knew nothing about renovating a home etc.

We did several trips to view homes near Lunenburg / Mahone Bay and eventually settled for a home chalet-style in Indian Point.

We felt supported all the way. From the research to making an offer, inspections until the closing day.

They are not afraid to get their hands dirty. They helped lift the cover of the septic tank prior to our septic inspection (made of concrete). They battled with snow and ice to conduct several water tests and did many trips to our future home for various reasons. They were always willing to help and super responsive.

Update: We since then met other expats from Germany and Ontario who also recommended Cindy & Adam.
