Dégueulasse et rempli de drogues. Appeler le CDC pour une désinfection niveau 5. Accueil médiocre. J'en aie assez dit.

If I could rate this less then 1 star I would. This place is an absolute nightmare. I pre paid for 7 days while we wait for our apartment to be ready and I should have read these reviews first. The lady at the front desk was probably the worst human being ive ever met. When I checked in I wasn’t aware that I had to tell her my husband would be joining me for the weekend before heading back to Toronto for the week, she saw him and immediately told me I lied to her and that she was calling the police to have us removed. It was so out of left field that I was honestly speechless. We waited 3 hours for the police to come for her to refuse to give any of our money back. I paid $650 which included the $100 deposit for the week and she returned only the deposit. I had to get an occurance number from the police so I can now take her to small claims court for the return of my money. I honestly assume this is a scam she runs often.
Do not pre pay anything to this motel
On top of this nightmare of an experience, the room wasn’t clean and I had to bleach everything when I arrived. The drug activity in the other rooms and parking lot was enough for me to stay inside most of the time being as I’m 6 months pregnant.
Just avoid this place at all costs, save yourself the headache

If I have less than one star I would give them ,I can't imagine how badly the girl at the reception treated me it with her country mind . It started from the reception and when I asked to see the room and touched the bed, she got angry and said don't touch the bed, even though I told her that I would rent it too. I asked her that maybe the check-out time is 11:30 or 12 instead of 11. She refused angrily. But I know that international hotels, if you ask them this request, they respond with pleasure. Worse than that, the price is expensive. The place is dirty. The smell of the room is disgusting. The towels are old and have rust-like colors on them, and it smells musty.The sound of fridge so noisy i could not slep toilet does not pumps down well.I do not advise anyone to go there.

Called to inquire for a friend tonight as there is snow storm this place did not pick up and finally a man did say Hello didn't even acknowledge it was a business said he was busy he couldn't care if I came or not hurried me off and I said goodbye and hung we were on the phone total 10secs up this place is strange they don't care now either he was sleeping or was having a little fun if you get what I mean .....

Stayed here for a night & it truly was not bad.

I have a huge fear of bugs but did not see one. I thoroughly checked the bed, multiple times lol, & kept an eye around the room and nada. They also had the pest powder around the edge of the entire room which I really appreciated lol - stayed in room 9.

For the room, you pretty much get what you pay for. It’s nothing fancy at all but if you need a place to stay & are on a budget but don’t want to be bombarded by bugs it’s a good place to choose! The bathrooms are also decent. The room was also clean but my only suggestion is to for the owners to maybe spend a little on new bedding. Also there was no phone in our room to call in the morning.

The area itself is a tad bit sketchy but great for convenience. There’s tons of places within walking distance to eat & buy things.

You also don’t need a credit card for anyone wondering!

All in all, if I was in a pinch and on a budget I would 100% book again.

It was really bad experience . The room was not really clean and the manager or whoever the person was on front counter was really rude and had no sense to talk. He was also using any other language it was not english . He was also not at his duty even on duty time. Overall experience cause of that person was ridiculous.

Good things:
• affordable
• shopping close by
• wifi included
• friendly staff
• mini fridge in room
• air conditioning
• towels, soap, anything else needed provided

Not so good things:
• walls are not soundproof. can hear everything from all hours of the night
• not the safest place to be
• cockroaches and other bugs

Overall: this is a decent place to stay. (especially) if you’re all out of options and can’t afford to stay anywhere else
