We absolutely love Redwood Early Childhood Education! My daughter has been attending, and we truly couldn’t be happier with the care she’s receiving. From day one, the staff has been incredibly warm, attentive, and patient — helping her feel safe and comfortable in a new environment. Every time I drop her off, I know she’s in loving hands.

The daily updates and photos mean so much, and it’s so clear that the educators are passionate about what they do. She’s been learning new skills, making little friends, and becoming more confident every day. It brings us so much joy to see her happy and thriving.

The entire team at Redwood feels like an extension of our family, and we’re so grateful to have found such a nurturing and engaging space for our daughter to grow. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a truly exceptional early childhood experience

The worst daycare in abby. The only thing try facility has going for itself is the director Raisa who is amazing. Unfortunately the owner is awful and treats staff so poorly. My daughter had a new teacher every other week there was someone new. Staff were mor beinh paid and then when they complained were threatened with termination. Most realized termination was better then working for free so quit. They charge a premium and advertise offering nutritious meals. Let the pictures speak for themselves. Keep in mind that This is what they feel is good enough to post/advertise. Can you imagine what they are feeding kids the other days 🤮

My son has been going here for about a year now. And we honestly really love it. He enjoys going and certainly is attached to his teachers. I love that the meals are included and that I can check in on the cameras to see if he’s having a good day. My son is a needy little guy and when he’s having a hard day they are always giving him extra hugs and cuddles which really warms my heart. The day care is really well structured with education, outside play and arts and crafts my son knows so much and he’s not even 2. I can’t say enough good things about this day care. And Ms Raisa from day one has always had a warm welcoming and open door policy. She checked in lots when we first started and it made the transition of starting day care a lot easier. Last but not least his two teachers really are amazing they are wonderful with all the children and all the children really seem to enjoy being there.

I can't thank enough Raisa, the principal of Redwood, and my son Lyam's teachers.

The last year has been difficult for us. I believed that my son could be autistic and I have tried in many ways to seek help from doctors and therapists.
Just thinking about Lyam starting daycare had me nervous and worried things would go wrong.

Since Lyam started at Redwood, he has pleasantly surprised us in every way. We are very happy to have chosen this daycare!
What I would highlight most about Redwood is the kindness, honesty, the great communication that exists at all times with the parents, and the affection and respect with which they treat the children.

I have been able to see by myself how the team treats the children.
How they hug them, give respectful and kind instructions, are positive, motivate them to participate, how they calm them and accompany them when they have emotional outbursts such as separation anxiety.

In addition, the facilities are well maintained, the classes have lots of light, they have an outdoor play area and an indoor area so that children can disconnect. It's great to know that when it rains a lot or it's very cold outside the children are warm in the inner room.

The center has a kitchen service, which is perfect for my son to try new nutritious foods that he never wanted to eat at home, and now seeing his classmates eating them, he wants to try them.

I also love knowing that I can be in contact at all times with the teachers and Raisa through the app, they have always been very attentive and kind, sending me messages to let me know that my son was doing okay.
We also receive photos and all the information that happened during the day, such as activities that the children have done, diaper changes, nap time, meals and snacks.

I am so happy that I could continue writing many more positive things, but this review is just a summary of how wonderful this center and its caregivers are.

My daughter has been going to Redwood childcare for about 2 years, and he is absolutely thriving. The love and care they give to each and every child is clearly evident in every interaction. My daughter comes home with new skills constantly that I cannot claim credit for, and he seems to genuinely enjoy his time with all the educators. Very glad I found this wonderful team!

Our child attended Redwood Abbotsford for about a year and he enjoyed every minute of it. He learned a lot of skills (social, emotional and academic) he wouldn’t normally learn at home or in other facilities. The range of activities at Redwood are fantastic. We loved getting personal photos every day which kept us reassured that our child is happy. Cant thank Ms. Raisa, Ms. Seon and Ms. Neha enough for the tremendous work they put in.

I recently toured this facility in anticipation of our newborn and was impressed with the quality and the teachers. What was remarkable was that they had an on-site chef who prepares fresh meals daily. Thank you Raisa for the great tour. I’ve put my child on the wait list. Can’t wait for our little one to join your daycare next year.

I had posted a negative review before and was assured I would see changes when the new teachers were hired. I still feel my son missed education opportunities. The new teachers showed a care and dedication. The funding for food, toys and teaching supplies seem to improve. Ownership still seemed disconnected as if only as an investor in a business.
