Leanne has been my to go lady for massages for years. Seeing her is always an absolute great experience. She is caring, calming, dedicated and focused on you as a whole. I cannot recommend her enough. She is very attentive to details when adjusting various parts of the body and stretching or massaging based on what’s needed, in a way that your pain points feel better. Thank you so much for being so hardworking and friendly and for making this place so warm and calming as soon as we walk in.

My employer gave me a 1 hour massage as a Christmas present to Reset and booked it with Tracy. It was my first time coming here and loved the coziness in the front room. Tracy went over my problem areas with me and took great care on those spots during the massage. I found her warm and inviting and she also respected my boundaries. Overall, it was honestly the BEST massage I ever had! I usually only go for one massage a year but I'll definitely be rethinking that haha. Thank you Tracy! Highly recommend Reset!

I LOVE everything that RESET is! Amazing people and amazing environment 🙂
I've been seeing Tracy for massage therapy for .... many years (lost track, it's been so long). Tracy is knowledgeable and attentive. She hears and works with areas that I feel are important but also adds onto areas that I didn't even know were uncomfortable until after she helps alleviate that stiffness/pain!
I've recently began seeing Tira for accupuncture as well. I'm a little nervous when it comes to needles. Tira is very reassuring and provides so many different options. Tira is very knowledgeable and just seems to know and connect things that are going on in my body to provide the best treatment possible.

I have been going to Tracy for massages for over a year not. One word about her. Excellent! She has a very nice demeanour. Reset is a place to do exactly what the name says, reset. The whole team is amazing. A special shout out to Tracy and Leanne for starting such an amazing place. This remarkable team will heal your body, your mind, and your soul. My whole family has been treated by members of this team from massage therapy to cranial sacral therapy, RAPID release to Reiki. Every encounter is positive, meaningful, and therapeutic. I have come in weeping for no apparent reason and have left with a smile. Thank you, ladies, for sharing your gifts!

My family and I love Reset. The incredible humans who work here don’t just put a band aid on your health problems- they fix it and make you feel better. They’re so knowledgeable and welcoming and no matter who we’ve had an appointment with, you come out feeling closer to your best. Great little spot for massage! Megan is absolutely WONDERFUL! Definitely see her for visceral/sacral-cranial as well as your massage. She will work you in places you didn’t realize you need. You’ll walk out feeling so so relaxed. Highly recommend her!
