We are a group of 4 adults, we took a 23-day private tour in Northwestern China, including Xinjiang, Dun Huang, Yangtze River cruise, Chong Qing, in September. It took us months of preparation before we finally made it happen. Christie from Toronto (Rewards Holiday head office) worked with us very closely, she handled all our international and domestic flights, speed rails, river cruises and all tickets required, including exhibitions and shows. In every place that we visited there was always a private tour guide who greeted us from the plane, train or boat. All the tour guides assigned to us were knowledgeable, they tended to our needs fast, and when they could not handle it locally, they would contact their boss, Tony, in Shanghai (Rewards Holiday China headquarter) who responded to us directly in a speedy manner. We were most impressed with our tour guide Mr. Yang, who doubled as our driver, he drove us around Xinjiang from Urumqi up to the mountains in the North and back for 1 week. The landscape of Xinjiang is stunning, the humor of our guide made the trip more interesting. The process of going from one leg of the trip to the next was smooth, we would definitely book our next trip through Rewards Holiday again.

I booked the Central America trip a few months prior to the beginning of the pandemic. I honestly thought I had lost the trip, however, Michaela was very professional and reasonable in working on rescheduling the trip. Ultimately, she made it happen and I thank her for making the process so smooth. Hands down, Michaela is awesome! I would also like to thank all the great tour guides that we had through out the trip. A special mention to Alex! He was an outstanding tour guide. Very knowledgeable, courteous, punctual, and the list goes on for Alex’s professionalism. I would surely book a trip through them again.

We went to Dubai last week and it was an amazing experience. The food, the transportation and al the planing was perfect. We didn’t miss a thing and we where so happy to choose this trip. Would recommend to any traveler.

We just returned home from 10 amazing days in Beijing and Shanghai. This trip is well worth the money. Make sure that you do all of the extra tours. The plays were as good as anything that I have seen on Broadway. You do have to go to the jade factory,silk factory and tea factory and you really don't get to see how things are done, but you do get a free lunch. The hotels were great, but a little out of the way of things. We went to see China, not to stay at hotels. We would definitely use this company again to travel with. Leo in Beijing was the best tour guide that we have ever had in our travels. The rickshaw ride and lunch in a locals home in old Beijing is a definite must do. Don't think twice about booking this trip.

First off, I must say that I truest enjoyed our trip to China with Rewards Travel China! This travel agency truly exceeded my expectations and we have an amazing time! While in Beijing, our tour guide Terry was absolutely fantastic! He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to squeeze all of our activities into our very full days with so much to see. Terry is extremely helpful and kind and does not get annoyed when I ask so many questions about China and the history and culture. Visiting the Great Wall was my favorite and it was absolutely breathtaking! My wife and I both agreed that this hike is the shortest hike with the best reward at the top. The most incredible view you have ever seen! When you decide to book your trip with rewards travel China, make sure to request Terry as your tour guide for Beijing and you will not be disappointed!

A few of the highlights of our trip are the Forbidden Pallace, the Summer Pallace, the Temple of Heaven, and of course our favorite, the Great Wall! We are so extremely happy we found this amazing company and we able to see everything in such a short time! Now we get to go to see rest of the country and the second half of our tour! I would certainly recommend this 10 day China excursion trip to my family and friends!

First and foremost, Rewards Travel China does not even deserve a single star because this is the worst operating company I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. My fiance and I booked this trip through Groupon, however we are canceling our trip entirely because of the level of incompetence of this travel group. My fiance and I had concerns about the travel ban that China instated and after countless times of me reaching out to an agent, providing my information, and explaining my concerns, all they could tell me is that we SHOULD be fine. I tried escalating to a supervisor countless of times and of course they are always busy and they never reach out with more information or solutions. Rewards Travel China lacks professionalism and timeliness and I do not want to be on a tour that is poorly managed. At this point, I would rather eat the 2,000 dollars than go on a trip that is managed by a bunch of idiots. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS TRAVEL COMPANY. I have never been more infuriated and I truly believe this company is a scam. They are unhelpful, disorganized, have ZERO idea what they are talking about and for this reason, I am canceling our trip entirely. We spoke to Chloe and Oren several times, who are travel representatives. With Chloe, I spoke on the phone and she told me to send a follow up email and that a supervisor would be in touch. After waiting a WEEK, I called back and spoke to Oren. Oren told me that I would have to wait an additional 5-10 business days to hear anything, even though I had already placed the concern 7 business days earlier. After following up with zero communication yet again, Oren told me that there was absolutely nothing that Rewards Travel China could do because they have a no cancellation policy. This customer service was the worst I have ever experienced and it is because of their level of stupidity that I don't feel comfortable putting our travel in their hands. Do yourself a favor and book any trip by yourself. This is the worst company.

The service, price and planning by Rewards Holiday was excellent. The package price is unbeatable. Dubai is an amazing place to visit, however, hot to visit in the summer as my family and I did. I would have wanted a better hotel location, we stayed at the Hyatt Wasl District and neither that one or Hyatt Regency (the other option offered by Rewards Travel) is near the ocean or the modern part of the city so we were not within walking distance to attractions, nice restaurants or the ocean. That said, we were two blocks away from a big shopping center and metro station and one block away from the supermarket.
The tour guides we had were the best we could ask for. They were both knowledgeable, curteous and offered way more than what was included in the oackage. They were flexible amd accommodating and made good recommendations for our free time.
Museum of the future is not included in the tour and we chose to visit it, totally not worth the $68.
