The most reliable bus route in the service is route 5. Route 1 always gets delayed to 40 minutes. Where I miss my bus that only comes 4 times a day to get to Wallaceburg. Buses are disgusting and if you take the bus in fallsburg you don't even get a transfer. They're all disrespectful to everybody. Horrible look ride CK. Will never be returning.

Always late, always delayed. You guys need to update your app and payment methods. Spent around $300 on bus passes and still getting the worst service..

The only reliable bus is 5. 1-4 just do whatever they want, whenever they want... They don't follow the schedule at all. Been waiting for the bus for half an hour, it was supposed to be here 20 minutes ago. And apparently it's still going to be another 10-15 minutes. That's an hour in between pickups for a half an hour route? How does rideCK think this is okay to do? I feel bad for anyone who has obligations they need to get to, I know far too many people that have lost jobs or failed college courses simply because the bus system in CK makes it impossible to get anywhere on time.
Also, calling to get updates on when the bus will come usually turns out to be completely pointless.

If you want to make the bus you've either gotta be 15 minutes early or 15 minutes late, the bus comes in between the times it says it will, terrible terrible service and communication between transit apps. Currently standing in a puddle in my shoes, arrived 5 minutes early to the stop and apparently I missed it, but I saw a bus driving the route at that same time and it took a turn, confused me a lot and thought I saw a three on it too, it looked like the driver went off route. Very confused and upset spent over $200 on a bus card and it's not even worth the service I'm getting it's pathetic!!!

The worst service ever not a single bus comes on time it's always delayed. And I wonder how they get delayed by 30 minutes quite often.

Part of the company's motto is that its reliable. Spoiler: it's not. The buses rarely arrive on time, sometimes they won't even show up at all. Google maps won't show if the bus is early or late, so you can be waiting for upwards of a half hour a lot of the time.

Onrequest bus pick up times have been pushed back up yo 50 mins for me before, despite scheduling over 12 hours ahead of time.

If you're able to take another method of transport, I encourage that. This should be your last resort

When someone books a time and that time is accepted and confirmed, its not very professional to constantly push the pick up time back the maximum allowed limit! Should I start booking 30 to 40 minutes before to ensure that when it's pushed back I'm not waiting almost an hour like usual? I do not appreciate sitting for almost an hour every night especially when the bus will literally pass by me numerous times. I book my on request pick ups well enough in advance (8AM every morning) that I shouldn't be having this problem to be picked 7p at 10:35. Do better!

I'm so Thankful that Wallaceburg has its own buses to get around town..It's unbelievable how much it has beneficially my 2kids and I.,.
Not being able to drive us around is rough because as a single full-time mother having the buses here in town saves me so much chaos like I don't have to lug around the car seat and a stroller and then a diaper bag etc. I only got to bring the stroller. It saves me so much time. I absolutely love the bus system. I couldn't be any more. Thankful... 💜
