After checking multiple times and dates I accidentally booked my daughters trip on the wrong day. The mistake was only realized when we received an email asking us how our trip was. I called and Bahar was extremely helpful and fixed the issue and was super pleasant! Perfect service for our college aged kid!

I was kicked out of the bus office for being two hours early. I was told I can't wait in the bus office for being too early. What a joke. I never had this happen before the other times boarding the bus as long as there's a staff in the office. Where are I supposed to go if I'm too early?

Worst service ever. They just left us to die in the harsh weather by delaying the 9:30 pm scheduled bus. They mentioned the bus is under repair and it will take 3 hours. also they are not sure if the bus is ever gonna make it. such rude staff who does not even care if a life is lost due to the extreme cold weather in Banff. We had a reservation form Banff to Calgary. we did not even book a hotel as it was sure and our tickets were confirmed. never trust them as they will surely put your lives in danger.

Need real time for stops that U might be late and we leave... not OK...
