No heat. Rooms are being renovated. Doors and locks have issues. Sprinkler system may NOT work. TVs don't work in every room. No comforter, limited pillows and towels. There are holes in the drywall of walls in the room. No HOT water. No one at the front desk ever. Have to call the main number from your own phone cause the room phones doesn't work. Thermostat is broken and the electric heater doesn't heat. It's a nightmare. They should not be open.

The room needs work, the TV would turn on but made a squeeling noise and no picture would come up. The rooms are due for an overhaul. The bed was very comfortable, pillows were hard, hot water took forever to get warm. The sink faucets were broken and you had to move them in just the right way, or the water wouldn't turn off. The vending machine was broken, and the whole place smelt like a dirty stale ashtray for a non smoking Inn.

It was terrible, the whole place stank of mold and mildew so bad you can smell it from outside, the faucets were coming apart in the shower, there was so much air in the pipes it scared the crap out of us every time, when we flushed the toilet there was a bad stench that came out of it. The staff were horrible. They kept wanting more money out of us after we already paid because they spent it before it got to the owner. And towards the end of our stay, they made it a nightmare for us, piss everywhere in the bathroom everytime we left to go somewhere. Etc and that wasn't the worst, the female staff did something much worse! We are traumatized! Here's an example.

So this hotel is what I would call unique, If you're looking for an upscale stay this is not it but if you're looking for more of like a small town family feel where people Understand that people are people like? For example when we got there the room that we had booked it did yes indeed have a very musky and bad odor but the gentleman at the. Front desk went to great extents to find me a room that I would be satisfied with. If the pool is no longer in service. I guess you could tell it's kind of upsetting because this hotel has a lot of potential. It just needs somebody who's willing to put the Passion into it to get it sparkling again.

Stayed for one night and it was not what I am used to. I didn't hate it, but it was sketchy. I realize I was there on a slow night, maybe 3 rooms taken on the property. The guy at the desk was really nice and helpful. The room was inexpensive but really needs a renovation. Beds are ok but the pillows are not great. The rooms needs a good cleaning. My first room hadn't been cleaned for us by 8pm. To be fair I was in one room out of dozens so I can't say much about the shape of the other rooms. Didn't see the pool or breakfast station because the lights were off and I didn't want to take it upon myself to find the switches.

Legitimately, The dirtiest hotel I have ever been in!! I do not know how to give zero stars. Air con doesn’t work, bathroom is rotten, floor is old musty carpet, tv doesn’t work, water doesn’t come out of sink, shower head is about to fall off and water hardly comes out. There’s a random old stained couch in the room, smells like smoke, rusted tiles on the walls, exposed wall sockets. I have never felt the need to write a review until this gross place. And it costs over $130/night. It feels like a motel that would be used for horror film. Do not stay here.

Before booking this motel I should have checked other reviews on TripAdvisor and I also should have checked with the Better Business Bureau. Lesson learned. They are not even registered with the better business bureau! When I arrived there was no one at all at the front desk! In other words, there is no security there whatsoever. A stranger could literally walk through the door and past the front desk and make their way at least to the outside of any room they wanted to. I was horrified!||||There was a phone and I dialled zero but nobody answered. Eventually someone came down. Another woman had just come to ask for a different room and so he walked off with her even though I was the one who had made the phone call and my presence was not acknowledged in any way, shape or form. I waited about 15 minutes and he did not come back so I had to call all over again. He wanted to give me a room on the second floor but the reason I had booked here was because I am partially disabled and have problems with stairs and I saw in the picture that they had many rooms on the first floor. ||||So he assigned me a room on the first floor. I walked in and it honestly smelled like something had died in there. Then I noticed that one bed was made up nicely and the other one had obviously been slept in! I walked into the bathroom and there were used towels on the counter and even a wet washcloth. I realized the room had not even been cleaned, never mind sanitized! And this is during a pandemic! I was in a lot of pain and was looking forward to a hot bath but the bathtub had a very rusty drain and there was no plug anyway. The television did not work and it was a chunky 20 or 30 year old television. ||||But wait, there’s more!||||I asked for a different room and he said all the other rooms on the first floor were full, but there were almost no cars in front of any of the doors! So I had no choice but to go to the second floor. This room was their so-called honeymoon suite! It did have a big bathtub and again I was looking forward to a hot bath. Guess again! I am not exaggerating when I say that it took at least 20 minutes to get any hot water at all, even in the shower. The smoke detector on the ceiling was not connected and I did make sure to watch it and the light did not blink at all. Even this room was so creepy that I would not walk on the carpet from my bed to the bathroom in my bare feet and had to put my slippers on. This television was a flat screen TV but they only have a very limited number of Canadian cable channels. In addition I could not get it to work and it took the employee 10 or 15 minutes as well as a phone call to even get it working. There was a coffee maker that basically produced cold brown water. ||||But wait, there’s more!||||I felt completely uncomfortable because when I was shown to this room there was a lady down the hall standing there in a short red nighty talking to a man sitting in the hall and she looked like a prostitute. She actually came and stared into my room as I was talking to the guy who was trying to get my television to work. I was so creeped out! I actually cried during this entire ordeal but I was extremely physically exhausted and starving and there’s no way around 10 o’clock at night that I could have gone out to find another place, plus I had already paid for TWO horrible nights here.||||But wait, there’s more! ||||They advertise having a restaurant but it is completely closed down. They also have a pool but it has no water in it! ||||In addition there was some kind of an employee lounge or something right next to my room so I had to listen to their constant talking and they didn’t even have the courtesy to close their door!||||I was in the area because I was looking for birds during the migration, and I was actually worried while I was away that my things might be stolen. As it turned out, there was no housekeeping done whatsoever to my room! During the pandemic I have had this happen before, but it is always discussed in advance. This place just chooses not to clean anything at all.||||The only positive thing I can say about it is that I was shocked that the Wi-Fi was actually pretty good. Given how horrible everything else was, I was sure that the Wi-Fi would not work at all.||||It’s remotely possible that this might have been a nice hotel in the past but right now I can’t imagine any human being who would actually want to stay there. In all honesty, this is the worst motel I have ever stayed in and I mean in the entire world. My advice to anyone who has unfortunately already booked it would be not to pay anything at the front desk until you have actually seen your room, and keep asking to see a different room until you think you can stand to actually stay in it.

this place is the WORST. Place possible. First of all, the smell as soon as you enter or check in is very strong of pig smell, when you enter your room you are welcomed to: stains, marks, bugs, dents in walls, A 1900s look, and we even found a tampon in room 116. I do NOT RECOMMEND
