I have never been to any place and received such BAD customer service. Strongly do not recommend this travel agency to anyone in Calgary. I tried to talk nicely and ask politely about refund the flight ticket and why there is 30 dollars of service charge. The lady, who speak mandarin, told me the reasons with really loudly volume and angry tone. I wasn’t unwilling to pay $30. Before I pay, I think I get right to know why’s that fee being taken. There are so many travel agencies in town, you are not a only option! B-word!

Worst experiences ever with this travel agent. They try to rip you off by charging a high service fee and try to lie about it. I was charged $300 to refund a flight ticke and they didn't even tell me that the $100 was actually for their service fee.

The second time I was told by the airline directly that I can get a full refund due to the flight schedule change but I need to process the refund with the agent where I purchased the ticked from. So I called this agent and they terriblely answered my question and even questioned me why I had not contacted them first!

They said it was impossible to refund the ticke without any charges from the airline and asked me to wait and they would contacted the airline to clarify. After a 5 hours wait I called them back and they told me that I should still be charged a fee to do the refund like they had said but they were still waiting a confirmation email from the airline. I was so confused that it only took me 5 minutes to contact the airline and it took them 5 hours and still not getting the answer? At the end of the day, I called them again and they said they finally saw the email that I can get a full refund from the airline but they need to charge me a $50 fee... Will never book a ticked from this agent again!

Customer service is the worst I have ever seem. They always try to show they are smarter than you, very rude and patientless, especially a fat, aged woman working there. Not sure of her position, but if she is employee, the company should reconsider of its employment policy; and if she is the owner, I feel so sorry about the company.

The most redicular thing is that "cheapest price" SHE claimed is much higher than I checked online. So I consider those who give a 5 star rating are very lucky ones?

the lady, who is very not slim and speaks mandarin, was so rude. She really freaked me out. She was so impatient about me asking the date and the price of the flights. And her face was so long the whole time.
