Our stay was overall a great experience. The room was modern and very clean, bathroom included. The restaurant was excellent — nice atmosphere, a good menu, and a beautiful view. The fire pits were such a thoughtful touch, engaging all the senses: the sound of waves, the crackling of the wood and watching the flames.

The only downside was our room’s sea view, which was half-blocked by the AC unit taking up much of the already small window. It’s such a gem of a feature that deserves to be highlighted. That said, when we shared our disappointment, the staff handled it very professionally and made sure we felt taken care of.

This was a great spot to stop on our journey along the Gaspe Peninsula. The room was spacious and modern. We found the decor to be a little dark as we were in a downstairs room. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Restaurant on site for meals. Right on the water and in a good location not far from town.

Right on the beach, awesome view, especially on sunsets during a walk on the pebbles and sand beach. We enjoyed the spa, the pool and the restaurant Cargo (thank you Leslie, you were fantastic). There was even an outdoor fireplace with a fire lit by employees. We ate grilled marshmallows.||We appreciated that they had a watched storage room where we could safely store our mountain bikes during the night.||This hotel has everything, even the little details: lots of hooks in the room (for coats and wet towel), a place to put the open suitcase, a magnifying mirror, a night light in the bathroom, 4 pillows on each bed, a recycling bin, a decent size fridge, and even a dressing gown! I like that the provided soap and shampoo are refillable pumps; more environmental friendly.||Is there is something that could be improved? Maybe there could be more free charging stations for electric vehicles (because there are more and more people with EVs). Maybe some USB and USBC charging outlets in the rooms. And making sure there are always enough clean towels by the pool.

Booked more than a month ago recepction gave as a room in which was impossible rest and sleep. The supposed sea view was an ugly combination of dirty window and an air conditioning device blocking half of the view. In fact this wonderful engine was connected to the exterior with a flexible tube which went through the window. The result was a poorly insulated room with an unbereable smoky smell. In addition, the ventilation machine made an insufferable noise. Poor lightning and a tiny bathroom impossible for and adult couple. Although dinner was good and the waitress was particularly friendly, the quality of breakfast was very low. Reception did not provide any acceptable solution. And in the morning our complaint was dismissed with contempt. A complete fraud. Congratulations.

As I review this hotel I would like to give it an excellent rating. Unfortunately there was a problem that was not mentioned when we checked in. Some of the room air conditioning units were not working. The hotel had attempted to fix this with portable units. The one in our room was blowing cold and hot air at the same time. The vent had been removed from the open window and nobody had seemed to notice. With the help of the desk manager, head of housekeeping and a roll of Duct tape an attempt was made to fix it. It didn't hold. As it was cool out we did get a good nights sleep. Under these circumstances it turned out to be an adventure rather than a problem. If you are booking here I would ask first. Other than that a great place to consider.

Great location near downtown, marina and services. Room well equipped. Beautiful waterfront hotel with nice staff and good restaurant. However, our parking view room have a temporary portable AC unit which was not efficient and soooo noisy that we couldn’t sleep. By using the hair dryer with the a/c on, the breaker tripped and lost power🤦‍♀️ no shower curtain and the bathroom sink is very low. Lastly, they don’t offer beach chairs as seen on their website. I gave 3 stars for the view.

Great hotel on the beach. And set up so you could enjoy the beach and the pool (which was kind of small bit otherwise fine).

Restaurant was terrific. Best beet salad ever.

Staff were all exceptional.

Room was quite nice.

Wish we could have stayed here another night just to relax.

The WORST shower I've ever experienced in a hotel. Bathroom was tiny and door design was terrible. Top shower didn't work. Only hand held worked. No shower door leads to a flooded floor no matter what. Room carpet was dirty and felt disgusting even in sock feet. Lamps above beds had months of dust that fell off when you flipped the switch. Not good. Pool was small but OK. Hot tub was a "warm" tub, and sauna was warm, not hot. I wouldn't stay there again, which is a shame because the staff were all lovely.
