I got my amazing new to me 2014 Chevrolet Equinox from there! My friend and I traveled with it from Prince Albert to Winnipeg, and are almost back to PA now. The stereo system is awesome in it as well!

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Ripley/Melody Motors. The dealer had told me they completed their own in-house inspection on the vehicle.

However, I still needed a Manitoba Safety in order to register the vehicle. The MB Safety failed because of a broken coil spring on the driver rear side. The mechanic provided pictures showing the spring had rubbed down a bolt nearby over a long period of time. Indicating the spring was broken when Melody performed their inspection.

I notified my salesperson, and they addressed the issue, apologized, and reimbursed me for the part and labour to fix the spring.

Mistakes happen. Thankfully, they chose to make it right.

Had a sudden mechanical issue with my vehicle and they caught me in quickly to repair my vehicle enough to get home safely. They ordered the parts I needed and caught me in for repairs the following week and repaired my vehicle completely. Highly recommend Ripley Ford in Melfort.
