Took my disabled daughter to a concert there & it was an incredible experience! They went above and beyond to help support us, get her comfortable and make sure her needs were taken care of. They were very welcoming & they even managed to switch our seats to a more convenient location due to medical concerns & space. They didn't charge us any extra. It was an incredible experience and everyone was incredibly friendly. Best experience at the RRC!

So blessed to have a world-class and beautiful theatre in town. My family and I attended the second evening of the 25th anniversary celebrations and were given a most delightful and informative backstage tour by Chris. We were blown away by his explanations and what we have learned! Thanks to him and Kashia for making our experience so much fun and unforgettable. We shall come back for more shows!

I went here for the 1st time to attend a super tramp concert. I have to say this place is absolutely amazing!! From the staff to the venue, it's self and layout . It is amazing. The seating is perfect, especially if you sit up in the the orchestra boxes. The view is amazing. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful. I can not wait to go back .

We had a lovely time watching the play Matilda! It was a nice performance. The sound system seemed to be having quite a number of problems though that night. The volunteers have you scan a QR code instead of giving you a booklet about the play and the actors. Some people up in the galleries appeared to have a booklet though. Many kids came to the play and they managed well. I even saw some 6 year olds behind me!

Food and Drink: They have very few choices and no healthy options. They serve water, alcohol, cookies, chocolate bars, chips, and pretzels. They might have had pop too. You can only bring in water into the theater, no food. They charge a tip. The servers at the stand are dressed in suits and bow ties. There is a free bottle filling station across from the wheelchair accessible washroom.

Coat check: There is a coat check inside the building.

Box Office: It is inside the River Run Center.

Parking: The East Parkade parking garage is across the street from the River Run Center. It had lots of available spaces when we parked there to see the play. The play was two thirds full.

Auction: The theater auctions off items and has a lottery across from the theater inside the River Run Center. They auction off paintings, hand made items, Lego, dance lessons, gift cards, etc. There are many more auction items.

Washrooms: The lineups can be a bit long, so head to the washrooms 15 minutes before the play begins. They have about 10-15 stalls per washroom, but you can still be waiting awhile for the women's washroom.

Orchestra: They were below the stage.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is an elevator and a wheelchair accessible washroom. The theater also has ramps inside for wheelchairs.

COVID: Some people mask and others don't. Some people bring sick children in.
