This is a great bus service. Recommend that you park your RV/car in Lake Louise and take the “ROAM” bus. Regular service schedule . Cheap prices! Lake

Worst service ever.
This is a scam, there are signs all over to leave your car and skip the parking which sounds great. That sounds is the best part of the service.

ROAM is a SCAM, it's paid for by local business and government to keep you in town to spend more money. Don't believe me, try it. When it rains they take buses out of service rather than adding buses. Only a few people at the stop, they take the bus out of service vs picking up only a few people they wait until the bus is over crowded. Don't be fooled. We were fooled once then thought maybe we just caught a bad time. Oh no we talked to over 3 dozen people waiting at the bus stop and every one of them had buses not pick them up, buses not show up with 20 minutes of scheduled time, or the bus driver even told about a dozen people they were on the wrong bus when it was the right one. All this in an effort to keep people in town.
