While this retreat is a little off the beaten path it is an amazing property. The owners and the staff are welcoming, hospitable, kind and take incredible care of this gem. We stayed in the Church and it is huge, well decorated, clean and extremely comfortable. Prices in line with the chain hotels but a great piece of outdoor enthusiasts style property. We will be back..

We had such a nice visit and will definitely be back. The customer service was excellent, the suites were comfortable and clean and it was a pretty spot on the river. You won’t be disappointed with this place!

We stumbled across this hidden gem while travelling to Bonavista from Nova Scotia. We were totally blown away with the cleanliness, room size, availability of all necessities. The decor is 100% on par. We took a tour of the magnificent grounds. So much to see. This goes beyond a 5 star rating.

We stayed at their farmhouse for two nights, it was the absolute best place we have ever stayed. The house was very clean an such a beautiful place. Our kids enjoyed the fire pit and the large farm area for catching frogs or even a night time walk.

The owners and housekeeping staff were so friendly.

We are already planning for our next stay with you! Thank you for such and amazing weekend and clean accommodations.

We stayed in the newly renovated Church room. Hands down, the best room we have ever had. Beautiful room, quiet area and the owners are very friendly and helpful. An awesome experience.

Fantastic place! We stayed here for a little over a month with our 2 dogs and had a great stay! The staff are friendly and great. They even did our laundry for us. The owner, Andy, and his wife, Rozanne, are such genuine, nice, down to earth people. He showed us the trails to take the dogs for walks and gave us access to his land out back to let the dogs run. He always made sure our porch was shoveled and the snow was cleared in a timely manner. The rates were very reasonable.The creek out back is beautiful. Would be a great place to visit in summer too, as they have barbecues and a fire pit. We would definitely stay there again!
