Beautiful and free park for families travelling through and a nice walk by the river and an off leash dog park there also. It is beautiful there, great fun and a beautiful walk.

Although it is about a couple of hours from Edmonton, it is well worth the travel. The Park itself is very big, there is a kids playground with mulch as the ground, there is a bouncy pillow, a water playground, and the waterslide where people mostly come for. There is also a walking path that's well maintained. You can also fish in the pond or lake. People bring their inflatable tubes and there is a courtesy air pump beside the ice cream shack so you don't necessarily have to bring your own pump. It's very strong though so you will have to make sure you do not overfill the inflatable otherwise it will burst. I have seen several of them burst because they thought it's not that strong. The washrooms are also well maintained.
Overall, it's a beautiful park worth travelling to. Then you can camp at Carson Pegasus about 20 minutes away. Which you can also go fishing at.

Lovely area! Concession, Water park and Kids only fishing pond in season. Saw this painted stone someone had left 😊 Well cared for. Peace officer and parks team make regular rounds. Washrooms are clean.

Awesome place to visit. My family had a blast in the sprinkler park, regular park, bounce thing and on the tube slide. The sprinkler park had a button to push to turn the water sprayers back on but no one could seem to figure it out. It said push button... I'm not sure if we weren't patient enough or pushing hard enoigh or if the water was on an interval timer but it came back on randomly lol was still fun though.
I think there is only 1 tube filler station there was a line up but the compressor filled our tubes pretty fast.
It was worth the drive we live 2.75 hours away and can't wait to go back. There is lots of walking so be prepared. We will definitely be back!

They have food and snacks for sale we didn't partake but the ice cream cones we saw looked yummy!

Once a year we pack up the kids and drive the 90 mind from Edmonton just to visit this park.

The park is fantastic it’s comprised of a spray park for kids, a huge dry park, a bring your own tube tube ride and a pond for swimming and paddle boarding.

Large fields provide lots of space for anything else you might care to do and walking trails that are paved for the more leisurely inclined.

Absolutely love this place, so much to do, and lots of fun! Just wish there were more food options at the concession near the park as the last 2 times we went out food wasn't great.

Super cute park with a splash pad to cool off. Great for all ages. Picnic tables and some shade out of the hot sun. Lots of places to sit.

The diamond in the NW Alberta. Well maintained park, with different zones for whole families. Of course, in the summer time entertainment much more diversity, but I'm ready to rank that Park 5* as a year around beautiful place.
