Cancelled my reservation 2 hours before check in. I travel for work, and stay at hotels and motels all over the province. This is by far the rudest motel staff I have ever spoken to. Horrible horrible customer service.

Stayed for 3 nights in Cabin #2. The space was perfect for a solo visitor. The double size bed was comfortable. The bedding was warm and smelled so nice. The water pressure in the shower was strong and constant. The hot water never ended.
The area is beautiful and quiet. You can tell the owners take great pride in their business and it shows. Looking forward to being able to book with them in the future.

A comfortable, clean motel with good beds. We stayed there on the first night of our vacation, as this seemed a good, inexpensive place from which next day to explore the Fundy Trail Parkway, which is about 45 minutes away and starts in St. Martins. |After a long day's drive from New Hampshire, we found the take-out restaurant next door, Big D's Poutine, to be very convenient; their hamburgers were excellent! We brought them back and ate in front of our room. There's nothing fancy here, but we found it to be a pleasant stay for the night.

This small motel with a few cottages exceeded our expectations. We arrived earlier than expected but our room was ready and we were welcomed. The motel is on the small side and has a few cottages, but location is terrific being right on the "main drag" and right beside City Hall. The room was very clean, bed extra comfortable and three pillows on each bed was terrific. Provided was a fridge, microwave, coffee maker with complimentary supplies. Floor was tiled instead of carpeted, which made me happy, as it is cleaner than carpet. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend it and should we be in the area again, would happily stay. We noticed many tables, chairs and bbqs available for patrons' usage, although we did not use them, being wintertime.

Had a very strange experience with the owner sniffing around our door in the early morning. I had smoked a jay before bed outside. They had a table with an ashtray. I put my roach in the ashtray. In the morning here's this guy looking at the ashtray like there was a heroin needle in it. He took out his phone and proceeded to take a picture of the roach. We opened the door and asked what the problem was and he said that we had smoked in the room. Hmmmm. Of course not hence using the ashtray outside. We would never smoke in our room. Left a bad taste in our mouth.

Recommended. Rooms are well equipped, clean and not at all depressing as in most of the Motels that belong to this category. Near all amenities, Sobey’s and restaurants. Owner cares very much about his property. A good place to spend the night in Rothesay. Coffee in the room and wi fi reception is perfect.
