Jenna was great. Need some cards to pass around Base Borden to drum up business for her!!!

Addendum - I left a pair of earbuds in the car I rented. She found them and shipped them back to me at no extra cost. Person of the year in my books...

Note: taxi to/from the Base Borden is expensive... arrange a ride!

I cannot recommend Avelon Rental enough! Jenna went above and beyond to help me when I was having a very stressful day! Prices are reasonable, and the customer service is amazing. I'm not the kind of person to normally leave reviews but Avelon far exceeded my expectations. 100 percent would recommend!

Cannot speak highly enough about my experience at Avelon. Nice car. Great on gas mileage. Well maintained. The true pleasure was dealing with Jenna. Went out of her way to give me the best deal possible. Had just met her for the first time, and it felt like I had known her for years. One of the sweetest people I have ever met, and went above and beyond in every way to help me out. The experience was 5 stars. Jenna was 6 stars.

I was looking for a car rental place in Alliston and Avelon car rental popped up on my search. Oh! I am so glad. Jenna is professional and very easy to deal with. She took her time to go over the details with me and discuss prices etc. I was very impressed with how she took care of everything.

If you should find yourself in a situation where you need to rent a vehicle locally, we literally cannot say enough positive things about this business. In general, when you require a rental, it is because your car has been in an accident or has broken down and needs repair. These situations are already stressful enough and you really need for any further transactions to flow as smoothly as possible. Jenna is an absolute joy to deal with. She is the nicest combination of warm and professional. The customer experience is amazing and they really go over and above to make the transaction as seamless as possible. We would recommend this business without hesitation.
