I am a care provider and was looking for options for a client to have transportation to and from medical appointments. I phoned this company and staff were very helpful and delivered prompt service in terms of gathering the clients information and setting up an account for them I did not actually use the service, so I cannot comment on that. I am aware that they are in need of more volunteer drivers so if anyone has some spare time and wants to help out some people in need it would be a great opportunity!

It was nice to go downtown to the St. Lawrence Market for a few hours yesterday. Our driver (Clara?) was very friendly and professional. We had a fun bunch of people on the bus . Great service to have an outing when you can no longer drive far yourself. I look forward to more outings with Routes.

Wonderful agency providing transportation services to Georgina. They also support a community lunch and various members of the public seeking assistance. They are truly incredible and I highly recommend this agency.

Truly a blessing to have this service in the community. From church dinners where I get to meet new people to the food bank where I get things I need. The drivers are polite and professional at all times. I recommend Routes to all who can benefit from it
