Jason Tangorra and his team over on Charing Cross have no respect or sense of community to the mostly residential neighborhood they occupy. Whether it's Jason, coming into work and sitting in his car in the parking lot with the music absolutely blasting early in the morning (OR HIM LEAVING THE OFFICE AT MIDNIGHT AND REPEATEDLY SLAMMING CAR DOORS BEFORE SPEEDING OFF), or other realtors parking upon (not along, but ON, sometime halfway blocking pedestrian routes) the sidewalks in front of people houses, or Jason himself parking his car to block over 50% of a neighbour's driveway.

Oh and sometimes, when I've been forced to call parking by-law to have the cars ticketed (because that always magically brought the owner outside to move the vehicle that was blocking my driveway) so that I could leave and go to one of many doctor appts as a disabled person, the offended realtors would often launch into ragey, expletive-fueled tirades directed at me. Not themselves, for their failure to properly park somewhere that *wasn't* obviously blocking someone's driveway with their overly large vehicle. No, somehow it was my fault for... not understanding the Code of the Realtor, or something as equally silly as that. Be a considerate human and park accordingly; it's not that difficult, the rest of us manage JUST FINE.

Not to mention all of the smoking along neighbouring fence lines, because GOD FORBID a potential client sees you smoking out front of your own business, and not huffing cigarette smoke into your neighbour's yard.

If these realtors have no respect for the people, houses, and community HERE, in the neighborhood where they work and spend so much time, personally I would never trust them to respect OR genuinely care about finding their clients the perfect home. They've made one thing crystal clear since moving in last fall, they're here for themselves and don't care one bit about angering the local neighborhood; because in a few short months they've managed to anger several homeowners on the street! ✨What a trick!✨

Ran into Jamie Allicock local real estate agent and businessman, and was surprised at the level of tactlessness he showed. In an unsolicited encounter, he made an offhand comment about my appearance that was both inappropriate and unprofessional. If this is how he treats acquaintances, I’d hate to see how he treats clients!
