I'll preface in honesty by saying that we bought a house as is, so that comes with issues, totally aware of that. After purchase the agent told us about a few issues with our home, totally cool and expected. Since purchase however, so many more issues have come up that would have been apparent to the seller and agent, and could have been disclosed after purchase just so we knew what to expect. As well, we were outright lied to about certain issues, locations of things like septic fields, saying she knew with certainty where they were, but was completely wrong. And finally, it's certainly not the biggest issue but definitely disconcerting considering everything else, but the agent has and continues to outright ignore us in public. The first couple of times we tried to say hello (before we knew the extent of our houses issues), just to be friendly. She ignored us, going as far as to ignore a small child who also said hello to her. I have and will continue to recommend literally any other local or non local agent in this town, and if we should purchase more land, I will ensure it will not be through this agent. Very disappointing in a tiny town where everyone knows everyone
