We found a used crack pipe, in the bathroom of our room.

The sheets also were, while clean, stained, so we ended up sleeping on top of the covers.

Good security

House-cleaning could use some re-training

Front desk is NOT 24/7, which should honestly be illegal, as it's a security risk.

Lots of amenities closeby

Affordable rates

They require a damage deposit upfront.

Some other rooms had smashed windows, because of people with substance abuse issues (no judgement on users).

Vending machine only worked about half the time.

Would only stay again, if the owner and staff clean up their act.

Price was great, wifi signal was strong. Snow management could have been better, and the refrigerator made noises all night. The bed was comfortable but room could have been cleaner(behind night table and bed were dirty)

But when i reached hotel
FO wasn’t polite and didn’t described about anything
Washroom was of big headache
During checkout i have to wait outside in such a freezing cold as the reception as it was locked at 10:30 in morning . Also during check out they checked out everything in detail in my room . For a room of 80 , 200 security deposit. I know rooms are cheap but it doesn’t mean the service you give to guest should be cheap too. Trust me i am looking for minus in ratings.i will recommend to choose other stay than this. Worst hotel ever

Other than the price being good and location can't say good things about Motel. WIFI IN AND OUT, TV was limited in channels and not a good TV. BED and Shower bathroom were outdated. It's not luxury but it is cheap if that's what you need. I paid 75$ and 150$ deposit, can't see with the TV in there how I can do 150 damage to that suite.

If I could give this establishment zero stars, I would.

On January 31st my son (19) was stuck in Edmonton and was going to need to be there overnight, then take the bus back to Kamloops (BC) the next day. My wife and I, panicking, called this hotel to try and get him a reservation. The clerk informed her no, then hung up on her.

Thinking it was an accident, I called back from my phone. As I was explaining to the clerk what the situation was HE HUNG UP ON ME.

So, I did what any reasonable person would do and tried to call back, but they wouldn't answer.

I understand that establishments have policies and even though they couldn't help me I wouldn't have held that against them. But hanging up on people like that, especially when they're just trying to help their child, is just plain wrong.

There's nothing royal about this place. It doesn't feel safe to be here. There were crackheads by the front, homeless shopping carts, and were looking substances on the floor.

I wouldn't come here with my family but if you're a man just by yourself, the rooms are pretty good.

This motel has a great location directly across the street from Walmart, Wings bar, and restaurant. Liquor store, etc.
I rented a smoking, and you could tell it was a smoking room right when you first open the door, the stale stench of cigarettes, and the burn marks all over the bed cover. The mattress was caved in and if you open the kitchen cabinets you can see the mouse holes so don't leave your empty pizza boxes laying around because you will definitely have unwanted little visitors. This place charges the same price as the Travelodge only the Travelodge has continental breakfast a gym a pool and is much much cleaner and is only a few blocks away.

Get what you pay for, room was gross, customer service was poor
Ants in the tub, fridge appeared to have leaked a pink liquid. Wasn't impressed that the receptionist wasn't honest with me when I asked a question. Which I ended up getting the correct answer to shortly after - regarding the hotel
