Friendly, prompt and reliable company! Used them when I had some antique furniture needing to be shipped from a relatives’ home to mine. From initial contact to delivery, everyone was super nice and communication was excellent. I was so worried as the items were sentimental and valuable to me, but was reassured when they arrived in perfect condition and the driver carefully took them out of his truck and helped place them in my house with great care. Thanks Ken!

Okay...I am normally too busy or let's face it...too lazy to sit down and wright a review, but this time I just had too!
Running Turtle has clearly defined and showed me the meaning that "I got what I paid for"! I won't even dare looking back to add up the money I lost verses what I was getting when I tried to take the cheap way out. This time I was moving a show over the border up to Vancouver BC. We were entirely stressed out because there are so many steps involved with not only the crossing but the logistics of everything. As you can imagine, I had a million questions, and was so happy that the office staff in Running Turtle took the time to walk me through everything. They were so very patient with us with all the questions, many calls and concerns. Thank you to Alexandria who took charge of my mess and cleaned it all up,,,"AND" for putting up with us.
But, it did not stop there....A gentleman by the name of Ken got the wheels in motion (no punts intended) with figuring out what we were going to need as far as trucks and drivers and we were on our way! Since all of the equipment we were using was rental equipment for our trade show and we would be responsible it damaged.
The trucks and Trailers were not only new or newer...but pretty damn sexy looking. Much different than the budget companies! The trailers were Spotless & Dry...and all lit up!
The Drivers took the time to assist with and guide us on the way to properly load all this equipment and to properly secure it for the long drive up to the Convention. It was a breath of fresh air compared to what we have seen in the past when we got the cheaper trucks. Many times the cheaper drivers never even got out of the truck but to come inside to complain if we were finished yet.
Both Ray & Al were amazingly patient and helpful along with teaching us a thing or two! You know another cool thing...I had the kids with me that day being that they were on school break...and they had a blast playing with the dogs that were there for the ride with Ray & Al.
Since we flew all the way across the USA into Canada we were totally exhausted but knew we had to go to the convention center to what we thought would be a all night forever thing to unload these trucks at the center.When we got there...the trucks were already in place on the docks with the drivers standing there waiting to work, it all went so smoothly everything, even Ken was there to our supervise and to thank us for the business and if we needed a hand! When do you ever get that type of service anymore....it really felt like I hired a family to take care of us. There is definitely a difference when you get a white glove type of service! Running Turtle Transport will now be our forever Logistics provider
