I bought my fiancé and I vow books online somewhere else for our wedding. In my rush I didn’t check to make sure his name was spelled correctly (completely my fault) and it turned up with the wrong name on it! (Cost instead of Cody) so with a small patch of extra leather and a dream I went into Rural Roots hoping they could help me with their laser engraver. I dropped it off on Monday and it was ready by Wednesday, it’s exactly what I asked for! I couldn’t be more thankful that they saved my butt and my wallet from having to order a replacement book! Thank you wonderful ladies for taking on this project for us!

AMAZING! Phenomenal service, the display was incredible, and the order process was so easy.

I live in calgary and my mom is in Vermillion. I wanted to get her something special for Mother’s Day, and Rural Roots absolutely did not disappoint! She was thrilled. Thank you for making her day so awesome! And for letting me call and bombard you with questions. I was nervous about ordering something from another place, but they made the whole experience awesome. Beautiful arrangements, fantastic atmosphere, and the best customer service. Had multiple arrangements from Rural Roots that were received for a Celebration of Life on March 2 and am still enjoying them today. They have lasted a long time and look great! Highly recommend

Called to place an order on a flower arrangement for a funeral and the lady I spoke to was so helpful and friendly! The arrangement was huge and beautiful! Definitely feel I got what I paid for…would definitely recommend this place.
