Don't walk, RUN AWAY...DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!…worst business owner I have ever dealt with. Check the references...people are leaving poor reviews for the wrong company because he uses an almost identical name to hide his poor business practices...

I treated the RV unit as my own the entire trip and was the only occupant and driver. I picked up the RV early at his request, changing my day and family schedule as I needed a ride. He barley spent 2 minutes going over the RV, no damage sheet before hand, very little instruction we didn't even go inside! I went on my trip and the RV was tired (over 200000K) and shook constantly. I never went off the Hwy and every site was just off the main road in RV parks. I dropped off the RV a day early at his request because it needed an oil change as the light came on the last hours of my trip...after checking and adding oil during the trip twice! The RV was fully cleaned, everything inside removed and mopped, wiped down and made better than I got it and outside (full car wash with a hand brush) because I wanted my damage deposit back in full. He didn't even show up on the agreed time for the return and after a 1/2 hour of waiting I left the keys in the bumper and got a ride home. The next day I get an email message that I "must have hit a tree" of all things...no information was forthcoming, his emails were short, poorly worded to the point that you could not even understand him and provided no idea about what he wanted. The next thing I know there goes the $1500.00 damage deposit. He then even tried to take a second damage deposit according to my credit card company, but I had already blocked the card...he has not responded since! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! Update, the photos he shows to the CC company were a seam break because the unit was so old and came apart...

We rented a small RV from OK RV Rentals and had a great experience all around. We really appreciated the training and support and they were flexible with pick-up and drop-off times. The RV itself was clean and pretty easy to drive, as we were first time RVers.

Would definitely do this again, and would recommend OK RVs to others.

Rented a unit and was excited for our trip ....called and asked was a early delivery possible and was told yes ..we can have it their for noon...rather than 2pm...was pleased about that.....and showed up on time....trailer was dirty gravel in carpet around.d the bed...borrowed sister in laws vacuumed and fixed that....microwave had something left in it!but I didnt complain ,day three time for some adult time put kids in trailer to watch a movie and dvd player doesn't work ,wont open just hums! So i get ahold of them and now all the other stuff i bring up and his reply was you wanted it early ! I told him if it ment getting it dirty i would have waited ! Trailer was well used saggy couch and dirty fabric and well worn on seating at the table! I spent a good hour just cleaning it ! When it was picked up I made sure it was clean and disinfected...as that's how I would have like to have gotten it! Was never offered a.discount for having to clean it or for the dvd player not working...I wouldn't recommend using them ,unless you can cheek unit out in person before renting it! Also when I turned sink water on leaked all over the counter!🤔
