I do not recommend using this office for many reasons, including the rudeness of the treatment, the information they provide is incomplete, including choosing a seat, especially the one called Cladis, and when inquiring, she behaves in an inappropriate manner. This is a failed office. For the second time, I do not recommend using this office.

I have been dealing with Reem at Sahari Travel since 2011, and she helps in finding the best offers. She also calls me to remind me of the time to go and come back, and reminds me of everything. I recommend everyone I know to go to her. By the way, I live in Windsor, Ontario, and she is from Toronto, but my family and I call her on the phone. Her treatment is very nice. I recommend her a 1000 times and not once.

All my travel tickets I got it from Sahara my last trip was with group from my church to Holly land in Israel September 19 to September 28 it was everything good even the tour company there name Safe travel with the tour quide his name Read Nasrallah and the driver name A my Toma they were amazing

Very kind people, well organized, on time service, but not following the ethic and manner of business. I traveled thought them 6 times and referred more than 300 customers to them, but they still repeat the same mistake. Not telling the pure truth. Exa: They will tell you if you reschedule your trip, you will pay $100 only. But , when you reschedule they will charge you $360. When you claim that is not what you informed, they will say this is a different class ( seat). I hope from now on they will give us both prices to avoid such issue. For myself last year was the last time to deal with them.
