Jason was the best tour guide we've ever experienced. He was organized and courteous, accommodating our tardy arrival, due to ferrys. We were so impressed with his local knowledge and the itinerary was tough for him as it was early March. He coordinated 5 different locations that were opened and available. His van runs on vegetable oil and we were enthralled with this story in the first 5 minutes. We learned so much about the island and really enjoyed ourselves. It felt like we were with a friend for the day. Thanks so much!!

Fascinating in every way. Saw lots, visited several talented local artists as well as a great cider place for lunch and an amazing goat cheese shop/production facility. Jason was warm, engaging and full of local knowledge. Got got more out of the all afternoon tour than we expected. Would highly recommend.

I booked a tour with Jason some time ago and, having travelled all over the world both previously and subsequently, I can confidently say that this tour has been one of the best in my life. Jason competently answered all of my questions, from indigenous and black history on the island, to forestry and the future of agriculture with regards to the impact of climate change. He tailored the tour to our specific needs, and, as one of the wineries was closed, he was able to come up with alternatives on the fly. Honestly i would recommend this tour even to a local, and i would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone visiting the island!

We had a great dinner on the catamaran with Salt Spring Dinner Cruise - fresh salmon or chicken, locally grown salad greens, fresh berry dessert with an added birthday cake for all the family members with summer birthdays. The owner & staff were very friendly & accommodating to a few special needs in our group, gluten & dairy free. The cruise took us around various islands & coves that would be too out of the way for most tourists. Thanks, we would highly recommend.

Wow what a beautiful experience. We went to the most exquisite beaches. I’ve been to Salt Spring many times, but got to see places I’d never gone before.
