Bon si vous voyagez en été ne prenner pas cette établissement car l'air climatisé ne fonctionne pas!il a fallu que je change d'hôtel car la température dans la chambre était sans exagération de 40° ! Je comprends la canicule mais ma suite à 2 étages à l'hôtel prestige à côté fonctionnait à merveille !

Si vous voyagez dans d'autres saison les chambre était relativement bien.

P.s: le réceptionniste à fait de son mieux et à donné un très bon service!

I have traveled the world over, and there is no better G.M. than Khaled Ali.
His kindness and help, allowed us the best stay yet, in his very clean and comfortable location.
He could shoe other managers how to treat customers like kings.

Great hotel, very comfortable rooms, easy to locate and convenient location. Josh was an amazing chap to interact with, Toni was very friendly at check-in, Khaled was great at the time of check out as well as throughout the stay. Had a very comfortable stay.

Pía at the front desk was very helpful and friendly, customer service was excellent and the room location was exactly what I had envisioned. The room itself was very clean upon entry and looked very cozy. I would definitely consider booking again.

As a traveler, I care about the bed and pillow!!! Like a one night stand you want a good night. I will definitely come back for that sleep.

We stayed one night with our dog. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The unfortunate thing about our stay was the fan from the heater was so loud we had to shut it off! And, it’s right by your head. If it’s the same in all rooms, they should update the system.
