Nous avons passé 3 jours à l'hôtel et nous et étions heureux que Lucie nous a bien aidé. Elle était à l'accueil pour nous accompagner en français. Unr personne formidable merci énormément Notre anglais étant très limité.

My first time ever booking a hotel as an adult for one very easy for two very pleasant. It is very clean and homelike in the suite we booked. At the desk they where unbelievably friendly. Especially Anna what an amazing lady give that girl a raise. She went above and beyond for us, even gave us a little call after about an hour and a half to see how we were doing and if we needed anything she really made my whole trip. Thank you Anna! And thank you sandman for an exceptional first adult trip for myself and my partner!! 10/10 will be returning

This is a quality hotel for a great price point. Our room was clean and we enjoyed our meal at Chop. The only negative was the soccer games being played in the hallway after supper and at 615 am. Called down and it was dealt for the early game. Fitness center is great. Pool is weirdly placed in the hall to Chop.

We booked the family suite, which was located on the first floor. The hotel seemed clean. The front desk staff was friendly and the location was great. The layout of the family room was neat: you entered into the “kids area” which had two single beds, a couple chairs and a tv. You then walk through a small kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave (with the bathroom off to the side). Once passed that you reach the main room with a queen bed, closet and TV. The beds were very comfortable.

We booked a loft suite for something different. Bed and room were perfect. Anna at the front desk is so kind and sweet, she even remembered our room # the next day, you don't often see this type of hospitality any more.
