The rooms are tidy and clean. Decent bathrooms. Large entrance and foyer, lots of parking (many extra spots around the back). The gym isn’t huge but has enough equipment to keep busy. The swimming pool is clean enough. Disappointing there is no included breakfast (got a Denny’s $20 voucher). Not really walkable to anywhere so consider that if being close to downtown is important. We had an issue with the mattress topper it was WAY too soft and sunken in. Otherwise not a bad asleep.

I was staying at this hotel in May for my 15yr wedding anniversary! I’m sorry this is late but the service we received from Josie at the front desk was incredible! Thank you so much for the upgrade and the expletive this hotel provided us. The room was beautiful, we enjoyed our meal at the restaurant and the hot tub was great! Thanks again, see you soon!

My love and I attended the Saskatoon EX, and had found a room within proximity at the Sandman Signature. We checked in around 11pm, and were greeted by friendly smiling staff. Parking was a little iffy considering some of the parking was occupied by fair goers.

Upon entering our accessible room (of which we didn’t request), the spacious area was obvious, cleanliness was apparent, room temperature was decent, and the room provided all the amnesties one would need. The bed, albeit a queen, was a little on the softer side than I like, but clean, and well presented.

The issue I had was that after 11 hours of walking at the fair, I would have loved to run a bath to soak my sore body, but as this room was wheelchair accessible, showering was the only option. It’s a minor detail, but the one thing I would have preferred. We were still extremely happy with getting a hotel within proximity of the fair, as well as the 12:00pm checkout. The other positive would be the Denny’s or Chop Restaurant attached, but we got in late to take advantage of that in the evening, and had other plans for breakfast. Otherwise, the convenience of that for others is a benefit.

We had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to anybody.

I give it a high rating due to location and very good service. The rooms are ok, they could be cleaner but unfortunately, there's a strong, unpleasant smell, and I believe its coming from the rugs. This is in the room, in the lobby, hallways and conference rooms. It seems to be a musty or stale odor. I have allergies and dont like a lot of air refresheners but in this case I would welcome it. I'm here for 4 more nights đŸ„Č I would suggest they shampoo the rugs before winter. Other than the smell, it is a comfortable stay.

Unfortunately will look at other options before the sandman south in the future. Has always been good but our last stay wasn’t up to par. Missing amenities in the room (hand soap, toilet paper, bath towels), and cleanliness left a lot to be desired (chip crumbs left on the floor from previous guest on the floor, dirty sink, baseboards were mostly all grimy, found a hair elastic in our bed, and our shoes stuck to the elevator floor when we went down for breakfast at 9am it was so dirty). The front desk did provide missing items and took our comments about cleanliness well but it was yucky enough that I don’t think I’ll be back.

Good afternoon| Just wanted to give some feedback from my three day’s stay at your facility. Your facility needs some work with regards to the cleanliness of the rooms, hallways and entrances, my mother in fact had your manager up to her suite to show the state of what the room was in, lamp shades dirty, chaise lounge with what looks like bodily fluid stains, air conditioner filter plugged with debris, floors and carpets very dirty. My niece who got married over the weekend was walking around in her parents room and within a short time period her feet were black from the floor being so dirty, after seeing this shoes were worn always. We as a family spent a considerable amount of money at your hotel and attached restaurants over our stay for my nieces wedding and we expected better, I have stayed in a number of Sandman facilities in Edmonton and Calgary and have never experienced this type of unclean rooms, and general areas, with very dirty elevators, no towels in the pool area and when you start the jets in the hot tub you get a 4–6-inch layer of foam in the hot tub, this foam is caused by oils/dead skin and shows that the water is in poor condition. There was no television as the cable network supplied was not working so for my three day stay I had television for the first night then nothing for the remaining two days, front desk was mostly unreachable, and you had to make several calls to get a response.|This all falls on management and supervisors not keeping up on standards outlined by Sandman, if the housekeeping supervisor is monitoring his/her employees and holding them accountable to Sandman’s standards I would not be writing this email.|I look forward to a reply from your manager with regards to my concerns.||Regards||Terry R|Room 603

rooms were nice , comfy beds . Food for the conference was always tasty. The conference rooms were perfect size , enough space for everyone. The staff was friendly , house keeping was on point with freshening our rooms daily . Love the location , easy drive coming in from Yorkton. 110/100

I had booked our bridal suite, and also had a link for our guests to book here for our wedding. The rooms were dirty, staff unapproachable and unfriendly. In my suite the toilet was dirty, the bathroom drawer was gross, there was a thick layer of dust on most surfaces. If rooms are getting cleaned properly every day, there shouldnt be dust so thick you could see where I wiped with my finger, especially on the eye level light fixtures in the bathroom (extra gross). The cutlery drawers had hair and dirt in them. What other corners did they cut when cleaning? Communication from sales was poor/nonexistent, front desk people were not friendly to interact with. 2 people staying in a suite, but only 1 bathrobe? We were also supposed to get a free night witha certain amount of rooms booked through the link/code and that didn't happen. Mentioned at check out that it was not a good stay, and gave a week for them to reach out but no follow up, so they apparently dont care about feedback. Just poor all around.
