An amazing tour with an amazing guide. Thank you Jess for your patience and diligent training! We loved the Radius property and all it has to offer. Would recommend to anyone who ever wanted to try a a real Segway, and not in a mall!

The Segway Tour through the beautiful Mountain Scenery was an amazing experience and a lot of fun! Our guide, Tannis, was awesome! Patient, as we learned the Segway and very knowledgeable of the surroundings. She was a fun guide and kept us all safe as we ventured through the trails. Highly recommend this experience!

Fantastic experience. Tanis was a great guide and patiently taught how to use the Segway. Once we got out on the trail she did a great job sharing information about the landscape and wildlife. Give it a try!!

My husband & I visited Radium specifically to ride the Segways. We went on 2 tours with our fabulous guide,Jess !! She is very safety conscious,and helpful. We loved the experiences of travelling through the beautiful trails & meadows of the gorgeous property. It is a short drive out of Radium but feels like its a wilderness paradise far away.Thank-you so much Scootin' Kootenay Tours , especially Jess, for our fabulous visit. We can't wait for a return visit !!

Our tour guide Patrick was very knowledgeable about the forest. He was able to quickly answer most questions we asked about the area and that helped us learn about where we were and how people live throughout the area.

When you start on the Segway the tour guide gives you a detailed description on the safety features of the product and how to have optimal safety at all times. When you first start you are also able to practice for enough time until you feel ready to start your guided tour.

Overall this was a great experience and I would recommend this activity to anyone in the Radium area.

We took the offroad segway tour and I have to say this was a great experience! It was over an hour and a half away to get to (and another hour and a half to get back) from Banff but the drive was beautiful. The operators were so kind to offer us a private tour on a day they didn’t even have available normally – and we appreciated it so much as it was the only time we could do it and it was the highlight of my brother’s trip! We had Jess taking us around and we loved that she met with each of us individually to assess our ability, skill and stamina. Great onboarding and getting comfortable on the segways (in fact, we had a blast in the practice skills area before we even started the tour), and everything was first rate! Loved the tour, lots of opportunity to learn about the property and plenty of picture taking spots. And the outhouse was THE nicest one we have ever been in (and we have a lot of outhouse experience) – not a scent to be had! We scooted all over, had a great time and laughed all the way. What a great opportunity and experience – thank you Scootin Kootney Tours for accommodating us and thank you Jess for making a truly memorable day for us all!

Great tour! Tannis (hope I spelt it right) was awesome! She made sure we were comfortable with the Segway before heading out on the trails. The training was thorough and well done. The views were amazing and Tannis was very informative stopping many times throughout the tour to explain different things about the area. Definitely recommend this tour!
