My sisters and I stayed 2 nights on the ground floor as I mentioned they have mobility issues. We really enjoyed our stay and a future stay is planned. Especially loved the new lounge, it is very well designed. So thoughtful to put in a coffee and hot chocolate bar. The views are amazing. Next time we will sit outside at the fire pits if the weather cooperates.

This was a great place for my 5 day stay. The rooms were clean and had everything I needed. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful views of the beach through the deck doors. Walking distance to everything. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Wow really really clean every where.
Up dated tastefully.
Comfortable beds and pillows ,big screen TV, big soft bath towels,rain shower,kitchen,balcony with chairs.
The staff are so nice ready to help you right away first class coustomer service.
They have a beautiful sitting lounge with a pool table absolutely spotless.
I've stayed all over in 5 star hotels this place is amazing some of the 5 star hotels could take lessons from management here.
The grounds are immaculate I'm here in Nov 2025
Did I mention the view a few feet from the water stunning.

Love the renovations. The room we had was excellent. Ground floor was perfect as we had our grandchildren over and they loved being able to go in and out with ease. The view was excellent. Very close to downtown. Everything was in walking distance.
I only had a few cons: no toaster, hair dryer or side tables. Could have used a little broom for quick clean ups.
We will definitely return and have already mentioned the place to family and friends.

The view and location are unmatched, and at a very affordable price. The bed is very comfortable and overall the room has everything you need. Unfortunately, the renovations were very cheaply done and not finished properly. The towel rack was hanging by a hinge, the drawer in the kitchenette did not close (didn't fit the space), and the blinds only roll up or down. In order to see the view, you have to roll the blinds up, giving you no privacy in the room. Sheer curtains with blinds that close vertically would make much more sense. We hope that the rooms can be finished so that it is more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sea Edge Beachside. Great location, gorgeous ocean view, nice patio and easy acess to the beach. Washroom is all updated...tub sits high off the floor, so getting in and out may be a challenge, require more handles. Wonderful pillows for sleeping and comfortable bed. Perhaps an end table on both sides of the king bed would be bennifical for water glasses. Little details but all and all great establishment.

For the price we paid, we can't really complain but even at a low cost, I do expect a cleanliness. A little extra effort cleaning the bathroom would go a long way to having made me feel more comfortable staying here. There was a lot of dirt along the bathroom floor, between the floor and the walls/bathtub that left me feeling as though the room had not properly been cleaned in awhile. Some good cleaner, a little elbow grease and 20 minutes would have done wonders to the bathroom.

Other things we noticed was that the room we stayed in (201) smelled faintly of stale smoke, or something else funky. It appears to have been recently renovated although evidence of incompleteness was obvious. For example, there were lines drawn on the walls, drill/nail holes and a half-fast paint job was made obvious by slightly different colours and sheens of paint used.

Finally, another issue we had was with the quality of the door leading to our unit. It was far from sound proof and even worse, it did not close well - when we arrived to our room, the door was actually wide open!

This place had some nice features that are also worth pointing out. The towels were luxurious - not rough and grey like you often find in older places. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and the on-site games (giant connect 4), beach access and central location were all appreciated. The staff were quite friendly and we had no issues with check-in/check-out.

Due to cleanliness, we are unlikely to stay here again but it is a very affordable option if you're willing to do a bit of cleaning yourself or you don't care that much about a clean place.

Photos tell the story. The location is optimal. Immediate beach front. Restaurants within walking distance. We were craving the sound of the sea! Its a Legacy Property with a thorough quality refresh. We had a very comfortable 3 night stay in a 1 king bed room. Bedding and toiletries were very good. There are large outdoor kitchen and BBQ areas and gas firepit seating areas. The only shortfall would be the lack of a floor lamp near the couch for reading, a second nightstand and lamp would be helpful for the same reason. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Prices were reasonable enough for these modern times 😉
If you have young children, the included nearby Paradise Fun Park would be a real bonus.
