Un endroit hors du commun! Magnifique maison ancestrale rénovée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût et de soins par des hôtes qui ont manifestement un grand souci du détail. Elizabeth nous accueille chaleureusement et nous fait de bonnes suggestions d’activités et de restaurants. Les chambres, à thème, sont très joliment décorées et munies de tout ce qu’il faut… et un peu plus. Soyez cependant avisés qu’il n’y a aucune télévision disponible pour les visiteurs que ce soit dans les chambres ou au salon commun. Cela surprend au début mais contribue au grand calme de l’endroit. Le petit déjeuner est de loin le meilleur de notre voyage! N’hésitez pas!!

Glenn and Elizabeth are wonderful hosts! And their house is in a great location, walking distance to the middle of Pictou, with a nice view of the waterfront. Their house is lovely and quiet and we would definitely stay there again.

This is a beautiful Victorian style house inside and outside. There is a very comfortable living room and breakfast room. We had the Royal Room with a king bed that was very comfortable. Quiet air conditioning. Owners Elizabeth and Glenn were easy to get in touch with if we had any problems. We did have problems with the internet in our room but had no problem if we brought our laptop down to the living room. ||Breakfasts were very good. The first morning was eggs benedict and the second morning were omelets.||We spend four weeks traveling around the Maritimes and this was one of the best places stop in at. Thank you for such a comfortable place to stay.

We are an older couple, and dragging heavy suitcases up stairs is no picnic for us! Glenn and Elizabeth, the owners, were so kind! Glenn got the suitcases up to our very comfortable room, whew! We stayed for two nights, and really enjoyed the Seabank House. It's a nicely restored, charming historic home well located near the center of Pictou. We hit the farmers market in New Glasgow (wonderful food stands and crafts), and loved the museum where the replica of the 18th Century ship, Hector, is berthed. Spend a few hours there and you will begin to understand the courage of the Scots who braved the perilous trans-Atlantic journey in search of freedom and new lives. So thank you, Glenn and Elizabeth, for your gracious hospitality, your delicious breakfasts, and your helpfulness!

Our first experience staying in a B & B. Elizabeth & Glenn were exceptionally kind and very welcoming. Their home is cozy and their breakfasts were very tasty. Be it a one night stay or a few it’s a definite location to have a wonderful stay. They have put their heart and soul into making their house a home! So nice to have met you both.

Comfortable B and B perfectly located when you come off the PEI ferry. Owners were friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable with thoughtful provision in bathroom etc. Nice sitting room with books, comfortable chairs. Walking distance into Pictou and menus for the relatively limited choice of restaurants provided. Good breakfast except didn't have any veggie option when I said not eating eggs.

Liz, the host, operates a very pleasant inn with an excellent location near downtown Pictou. She is very charming and can keep even a tired traveler smiling.||The rooms are spotless and quiet and very comfortable, and the bathrooms are newly renovated.||She and her husband Glenn also prepare a delicious full breakfast every morning. They are both very accommodating and they got up very early in the morning to serve breakfast so that we could catch the first ferry to PEI.||Highly recommended. We would stay there again.||Bob and Clare W
