L'atout majeur de ce Bed and Breakfast est sa proximité avec le ferry de Tsawwassen (5/6 mns en voiture). Nous sommes arrivés la veille en fin de journée et le lendemain, nous étions à quelques kms de notre lieu d'embarquement pour Victoria...||Pour ce qui est de l'endroit lui-même: rien de particulier concernant l'environnement immédiat (zone encore en développement et en construction)...La maison elle-même et son jardin sont soignés; l'ensemble est harmonieux...Nous avions une chambre au rez-de-chaussée accueillante mais petite. Ne cherchez pas la salle de bain, elle se situe en face à l'extérieur de la chambre, toutefois elle vous est réservée exclusivement. Aucun reproche en ce qui concerne la propreté des lieux, c'est parfait...Un joli salon vous accueille au rez-de-chaussée, les propriétaires quant à eux résident à l'étage. Ceux-ci sont aimables et accueillants.||Un petit reproche tout de même, concernant les petits déjeuners...Même si l'on ne rechigne pas à vous proposer d'autres pancakes après ceux qui vous sont servis, il me semble qu'un Bed and Breakfast digne de ce nom se doit de proposer autre chose que des pancakes et quelques fruits...A recommander pour une nuit en attendant votre départ pour l'île de Vancouver, sinon il n'y a rien de plus à faire dans cet endroit qui est tout de même loin du centre de la ville...

Guest house situé dans un lotissement récent , face à un centre commercial et à 5 minutes en taxi du terminal de Tsawassen ||Accueil discret mais agréable - le pt-dejeuner était inclus ||très bon niveau de confort appréciable en arrivant de l'aeroport ||Adresse à conseiller - attention : les taxis ont un peu de mal à trouver - se repérer sur le centre commercial qui est bien connu - trajet de 20 min environ de l'aeroport international de Vancouver

If you are looking to stay somewhere homely and welcoming near the Ferry Terminal, then staying at the Seagrass B&B should be on the list.|The quaint B&B in a residential setting is just lovely. 5 minutes to the terminal and 5 minutes to the outlet.|Bruce and Jenny are great hosts. The place is clean and nicely decorated and they have thought of all the small details that count. Love the full sized toiletries. |Breakfast was yummy and wholesome, exactly like you would make at home yourself.|Parking was fine and super easy to find even though it's a new build. ||Would I stay here again? Absolutely.

We arrived late having flown down from Anchorage on a delayed flight, and were welcomed at the door, and our case carried upstairs. Despite the time we were talked through the times for breakfast etc, and given advice on the ferry times which was very helpful. Very comfy, spacious room, with lovely clean bathroom. Coffee was timed so it was ready for when we got up and the bread for toast was yummy! We were offered a cooked breakfast, but decided toast was fine for us! Would definitely stay again. Great rates too! Thank You!

The Seagrass Guest House is conveniently located for the international airport, Vancouver Island ferry and Reiffel Bird Sanctuary but is not close to shops or a restaurant. Our room and en-suite at the front of the house were clean and comfortable but quite cramped, particularly as we had to repackage two suitcases and hand luggage for our flight home. The breakfast was good and our host pleasant and helpful but we did not see him until breakfast time: there was nobody to welcome us or offer guidance when we arrived mid afternoon of the day before or when we returned from our evening meal. There was access to drinks making facilities but we could not get the hot water to work so couldn't make ourselves a hot drink until another guest arrived and worked it out.

We chose the Seagrass because it was conveniently close to the ferry terminal. The area is pleasant although not at all scenic. We had a nice room although it was a little compact. The bed and shower were good and there was a great breakfast. The host was friendly and helpful. There is a shopping centre nearby with a choice of restaurants - I recommend Milestones Grill & Bar (reviewed separately).

This house is relatively new. The room that we had was VERY clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the host (Ben) was very helpful and informative. We took a very short walk from the house to the boardwalk along the water and saw so many herons and other seabirds. Very close to the mall and some good dining in Tsawwassen.

Das Gästehaus liegt in einem ruhigen neuen 1 Familenhaus-Wohnquartier.||5 Autominuten von der Fähre und 10 Autominuten vom zentrum von Tsawwassen Die Zimmer und das ganze Haus sind top und geschmakvoll eingerichtet mit allem Komfort und top sauber. Bruce der Besitzer hat und ein hervorragendes Frühstück herrgerichtet und gab uns viele Tipps und war stets um unser Wohlbefinden bemüht. Leider mussten wir nach 2 Tagen weiter wir währen gerne noch in diesen tollen Haus geblieben.
