Seasons Extended Stay Suites - Thunder Bay, Ontario

I would like to start by saying this was my best place to stay while travelling ever, and it was by accident!
My wife and I travelled from Edmonton to Southern Ontario by vehicle to visit family, the first leg I booked all accommodations, on the way back we were winging it and did not pre-book as we were going to stop when we wanted and take a chance we could find a room, well that lasted only two days when we realized most places were already filled and found it hard to get a room. So literally the day before, while we were in Kapuskasing, I found this place and tried to book through their site, a few hours went by and I got no reply, so then I called. Jodi answered and amazingly enough she had a suite for the two following nights I was looking for!!
When we arrived, it was around 2:30 pm, we were standing around multiple complexes in amazement, just like the pictures were on the site not knowing which building to report to, (as we went in an entrance that was away from the front office), this is where a lady was almost running towards us asking if we needed anything, that lady was Jodi. We told her we were the people requesting a suite from yesterday, she then informed us that our suite wasn't quite ready as they were making repairs to the bathroom fan, so she took us to the front office where we completed the paperwork and Jodi gave us a brief layout of the area, gave us instruction on how to lock/unlock the doors, and sent us on our shopping trip for what we would need for the two nights, and said she would let us know when the room would be ready.
I did receive a text from Jodi letting us know our suite was ready, when we arrive to it, we were able to unlock the door and go inside. This is where the chills went down my spine, as soon as my wife went in, there was a very loud "WOW, this place is AMAZING!" It truly was, there was a couch, sitting chair, kitchen table with chairs, a full kitchen fully stocked with pots/pans/utensils, a washer/dryer, a huge master bedroom with two beds, a very nice bathroom, this place was like a home on the road! Best part aside from the place itself, was the location, we were literally three minutes outside the city, it was like we were in the country, very quiet and clean. We were within five minutes of being back on the highway heading back west, no traffic congestion to worry about, just smooth driving.
If you want an excellent place to stay, this is by far worth it and because we stayed two nights, the price was lowered by $10.00/night!

We spent a considerable amount of time at Seasons while our housing issue was sorted. Jodi and Brian are some of the nicest people in the business! As a veteran of the Hospitality industry I have to say they have a serious gem that was truly wonderful to call home for awhile.||||Spacious,nicely appointed and clean I would wholeheartedly endorse this as a place for anyone to put their feet up ... especially for extended stays!||||***** - 5 stars

This was the most amazing alternative to a hotel. The suite was clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the woods out my window. The beds were comfortable and there was room enough for myself, my kids, and my brother to each have our own space. The in suite laundry was awesome, and the option to BBQ my own food was a big plus. Another huge plus was how close the suites are to all the amenities you would need (shopping, food, a golf course, etc). The next time I visit Thunder Bay I will be staying here with my family again.

WONDERFUL WELCOME

One of the best places I have seen in a long time, that were very very clean, well maintained, equipped, and nice layout for a short or long
stay vacation.

The owners take great pride in their place which shows not only in the customer service but the decorating and building of this place. The full kitchen with all amenities included allows you to make your own meals in a newly designed kitchen and also allows you to relax in front of the TV enjoying the fireplace.

I strongly recommend this place for your next stay in Thunder Bay and look forward to staying again in the near future.

My girls and I stayed with Seasons while our home was being repaired by a major flood. Jodi and her staff were wonderful. I would recommend to anyone either for long or short term stays. All our needs were met and the location is convenient and the units are spacious and well equipped. During a difficult time it was a great place for us to call home.

If you are going to be in Thunder Bay for any length of time, this is the place. The units consist of studio suites, one bedroom and two bedroom. They are on Dawson road which gives you access to a lot of food places as well as grocery stores. The rooms come with a full kitchen, living room furniture, a table to eat at, and washer and dryer in each unit. The location is busy but the building is new and well built so you can't notice the road noise. The owners are friendly and want to make sure your stay is a good one. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends.

Contact with Jodi was easy and we were made welcome on arrival. The suite was perfect, beautifully decorated, had everything we needed to cater for ourselves, plenty of space to relax, and even a washing machine to refresh our clothes after two weeks on the road.|Location was easy to find and despite being on a main road there was no disturbance. Local supermarkets nearby ( but use the Walmart downtown rather than the one closest).

Wonderful fully equipped suites that are perfect for extended stays. Our suite had 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, dining area and a washer and dryer. It is beautifully decorated, warm and the owners are friendly and accommodating.
