I'm a travel healthcare worker in Sechelt for a couple months and need rides to and from work sometimes. On July 11 I booked a cab for 10:45pm, I received an email saying that the driver was notified of my of my pre booking as I used the taxi caller app, but to my dismay NOBODY showed up and I didnt even receive a call saying that they couldn't pick me up. Very disappointing.

Such convenient service. Always on time, always pleasant. I was taken home by Donna who was new at the job and training with Leah, and let me tell you, it was the most pleasant cab ride I’ve ever had. Well done Sechelt taxi!

Had nothing but good experiences with this company since the new ownership, they let my pup ride along as well one time with a blanket.
5 stars! Sometimes they are really busy so call a bit beforehand.

I’d give zero stars if I could. We called ahead to book a taxi to take us to a wedding. Several hours ahead. She said she couldn’t take us at 1pm (when we had requested), but could take us at 1:15. We said sure, no problem! We call her after she is late and she tells us she actually can’t come for ANOTHER HOUR. Obviously that’s not going to work. She didn’t even have the courtesy to call us back and let us know. We had to chase her down. Wildly disappointing. I can’t even understand why this company has three stars at all? Do yourself a favour and skip this business.

My son wanted his seat belt on before the driver left. My son is 7. He's very aware of how necessary it is to wear a seat belt before the car moves. As the taxi driver was pulling out of the driveway, my son said "Wait. My seatbelt!". The driver did not stop. He just kept driving as my son was panicking and trying to get his seat belt on. He couldn't do it as he was panicking. I kept saying "it's OK. It's OK. I'll get your seat belt on". And I did. There's no way the driver couldn't hear us. Just blatant disregard and unsafe practices. Ignorant. He clearly could care less about his customer's satisfaction. I'm very displeased.
