Beware of this business. I am extremely disappointed with the service and care I received from this business for completing the closing of my house sale. After having an appointment booked for several weeks and coordinating with Senad’s assistant, Marco and providing him all the required information, documents, and confirming dates of closing and confirming appt two days prior to the appt, I was unexpectedly dropped the day before our scheduled appointment due to Senad being unaware of the “short timeline” leaving me hanging to find someone on the last day before the weekend and closing date being on the Monday. Horrible business practise and would not recommend.

Two thumbs down, he was totally unfamiliar with the standard Interior health documents for registration section 7 and enduring power of attorney, was only interested in selling us HIS in house made docs. Made the appointment for my 86 yr old father to come all the way down there only to be told he wouldn't help us. Was very clear on the phone what docs we needed witnessed.

Senad was incredible! He was very professional, walked us through the process of financing our mortgage, and even made a special trip to Starbucks to drop off our copy of the papers after working hours! He went above and beyond to make it all happen for our family!

Every notary in Vernon had a 2 week wait and the drop in slot was very busy. Called Senad, got an appointment within 2 days that took less than 10 minutes. Very worth.
