Loved our visit to the spa today! The hot tubs and cold plunges were so lovely. So many different things to do and try!
The food options were not that great though. Too fancy with too many different flavours in one dish. I had the sweet potato soup and it was very strong coconut and almost minty flavour. Not many options.
Next time I go I would love to try the massages.

I really enjoyed my visit to Sensea Nordic Spa, it was a wonderful afternoon/evening spent with two other friends. We checked in at 1:30pm and stayed until closing (9pm on Friday), and enjoyed all the spa has to offer with their Day Pass ($69 taxes incl)...several saunas, a hammam, several hot pools and cold plunge pools, mud mask facial room, lounging areas with adirondack chairs and some with lounging beds, hammocks, and the cafe. The place was very clean, the facilities were well-kept, there were plenty of fresh towels provided, food was great (I had the veggy open-faced sandwich), and a very relaxing atmosphere. My only suggestions for improvement would be to increase food menu offerings, and to add another bathroom building at the other end of the grounds (with toilets and a towel exchange spot). This was my 1st time here, and I will definitely be back!

We had a blast, super relaxing. Facials, steam room experience wonderful, good price the only things is that the staff moves a lot so not sure why the huge turnaround ... Overall, a blessed experience, but the staff deserves more credit in my opinion.

All I can say about this place is OMG. You book a normal spa pass ($69) at appointed time to access more than 10 facilities for the rest of the day. The hot tub and sauna hit the spot, with 3 different cold pools to cool you down (10, 15 and 18 degC). I've been there in the winter, so the heated hammock was my favorite spot to relax during the break. My second time of visit is mid summer, so they have the circular semi-enclosed hammock that partially shield you from the sun, but also a traditional hammock next to the hot tub. The facial hub is very interesting and refreshing. My favorite is the wooden sauna by the lake with a big window to see the view while sitting in the heat. The food options are abundant, but they rotate the menu once a while. Overall, I'm very happy about my experience there. The only downside is that booking a morning appointment is incredibly difficult and often you have to check the last minute cancelation the day before. So all I can say is good luck hunting the appointment time you want!

I went to senses Nordic spa on Aug 26/ 2024 with a group of friends we all had a great time, lots of different things to do. I spent 3 1/2 hours and I could have stayed another 3. I felt great after. It helped a lot with my arthritis,

It was very nice. Lots of great amenities. Very clean and well designed.
We went there with a bridal party and although we were quiet mostly, they shushed us if we talked even quietly. We didn’t know it would be rigid like that on the talking.
There were horsefly’s that kept biting us.
We cut the day short after about 2 hours due to the horsefly’s.
It would be better if they had a designated “non silent” booking time, so people could communicate without whispering.

Beautiful and thoughtful space with many relaxing nooks. The website photos do not do it justice. I could’ve stayed half the day or longer if we had the time. Highly recommend!
