Living deep in Northern Ontario, were were many hours away from home when our basement was flooded and ruined. Our first call, was to ServiceMaster Kapuskasing - who promptly made a plan of action and directed our next steps.
For the next several months, ServiceMaster's Manager Marc, and his expert employees (Frank and Robert) worked diligently gutting and rebuilding a fantastic space.
Our basement is fully fixed and has never looked better. They made this process as smooth as possible. Many thanks to the efforts of all involved with ServiceMaster Kapuskasing - highly recommended!

When I initially called Service Master to come check the water in my basement, they were there within 10min. They diagnosed the problem right away & set up a plan to fix the damage. Deric & Dan have been great at communicating every step of the way & if there was any delays, they would make sure to update me on the timeline. I had company coming in a month later & they made sure to get everything done prior to that. All the workers were very respectful, efficient & paid attention to detail to make sure the reno was done right. They listened to every comment I had to ensure I was happy with everything being done & if there was issues, they were on it right away. I would 100% recommend Service Master & they would be my first choice in the future. Thanks guys, I appreciate all the hard work!

*Edit to Add* ---- Months later we are still waiting for our job to be completed. Initially, Service Master was great to work with but they have since dragged on the completion of the work in our basement.

The Staff at Service Master did an awesome job! Thank you to everyone who were involved. Awesome understanding from the staff considering its stressful for anyone to deal with any sort of unforeseen things. From the moment Marc came out, to Derik and all the staff in between, thank you!
