Shelley has planned two wonderful holidays for us. We took our family of 14 to Jamaica and it was the best time. Everything was wonderful. We just got back from Belize and it was an amazing time. Shelley started helping me with my travels a few years ago. Before I was booking my own trips, but when I realized the cost was the same to use Shelley it made my traveling so much easier. Before when I ran into problems (like cancelled or delayed flights), I had to solved them on my own. But not anymore and Shelley is a great problem solver.
This past month Shelley set up a trip for me and my elderly parents to take trip with Rocky Mountaineering. I knew nothing about Rocky Mountaineering, but I knew it was on my Mom's bucket list. I called up Shelley and she made it all happen. She even set up all the accommodations for my mom who has limited mobility.
The trip was flawless from beginning to end. It was a trip of a lifetime and I could not have done it with out her.

Erica arranged a trip for us to Club Med Charlevoix in Quebec. What a relief to have someone handle all the details, right down to arranging transport to and from the airport.
Anyone who is a skier would have a great stay and amazing skiing during the winter at this resort.

I could not wish for a better service than what the girls do. I was recently in south America and could not get my boarding pass, called shelley, she had Erica do it for me and emailed it to me. On the way home in Los Angeles Erica called me my flight was delayed and I would miss my connection, she arranged for another flight for me arriving home at the same time. Keep up the good work, I really appreciate it.

Thank you, Shelley's Sand & Travel, for your exemplary knowledge and timely service in putting together a great itinerary for this memorable travel adventure. Our 18-day trip began with 4 days in New York prior to embarking on the Norwegian Joy for an 8-day Canada & New England cruise from New York City to Quebec City and ended with a Via Rail ride to Ottawa for the final 4 days.

Our first trip to New York City did not disappoint!! Shelley's recommendations were invaluable! Each day was packed with adventure! We loved it! The location of our hotel in Lower Manhattan was excellent. We could walk to the underground subway which we used extensively. It was great to have our chosen activities/entertainment and tours all pre-booked. We took in a Yankees Ballgame, Ellis Island/Statue of Liberty tour, Broadway Theatre Play, Times Square and even a horse drawn carriage ride in Central Park. Our Go City Pass included entry to Empire State Building, the 9/11 Memorial Museum and sightseeing on the Big Bus.

Shelley completed our Norwegian Cruise Line booking with ease. The Norwegian Joy was big and beautiful. Our balcony stateroom was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The restaurants, bars and entertainment were all very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Embarkation and Disembarkation were handled efficiently.

Our one-of-a-kind boutique hotel in old Quebec was just across the park from the majestic Hotel Frontenac. We could walk everywhere! It was great to stroll the cobblestone streets while exploring the myriad of shops, eateries and pubs. We enjoyed sightseeing on the Hop on Hop and a tour across the St. Lawrence River to tour Ile d'Orleans.

The 6-hour VIA Rail trip from Quebec City to Ottawa was an unexpected highlight! On Shelley's recommendation, we were booked in business class. Wow! What service! Our fare included luggage transport, complimentary beverages and 2 full course delicious meals. It was wonderful to sit back and relax in the comfy seats and take in the sights along the way.

From our hotel in Ottawa, we could easily walk to many interesting venues. We enjoyed daily walks to Parliament Hill, a tour of the House of Commons, a visit to the War Museum and shopping and dining at the ByWard Market.

We are so glad we accessed Shelley's expertise for this trip. I cannot say enough good things about her service. I highly recommend Shelley's Sand & Travel for all your travel needs.
